This study addresses the suicidal behavior of young adolescents in families. Suicídum is characterized as "harm" self-preservation. Nowadays, not only it increases the risk of active suicides, but mostly passive or so theatrical (inchoate) suicide. The trigger of the story is often prosaic, unpredictable. The study demonstrated on the basis of available information the results of a qualitative study. The study presents the fact that young adolescents with suicidal tendencies come rather from a low emotional level and lack of emotional support. These shortcomings will then show poorer versatility and inability to deal with conflict situations.

In the paper we present an understanding of the meaning of life in the history of philosophy. We analyze the meaning of life in Greek philosophy, patristics, scholasticism, modern philosophy, and describe it in more detail in contemporary postmodern philosophy. We present our own conception of the meaning of life based on Christian philosophy. The meaning of life implies an objective (metaphysical, holistic) aspect, and a subjective (immanent, partial) aspect being realized in everyday life. We discover the meaning of life and at the same time realize it through action. The highest meaning of life is God, who is love.

The study presents an important personality of Friedrich Fröbel and his life path, from which the groundbreaking and due to the time in which he lived "innovative" ideas. At the beginning we are dealing with the phenomenon of his philosophy, pointing out that he who has been able to give himself to the smallest all his life and is considered to be one of the greatest educators and educators alongside J. A. Komensky and J. H. Pestalozzi. Although many know the name of the founder of preschool institutions, his broader pedagogical views, resp. The life/path through which he enrolled in the history of education and pedagogy is not as well known in our country as it would be supposed. The contribution draws attention to the effective use of literary stories and the development of communication through creative drama in work with children in pre-primary and primary education. It points to the use of drama situations and a role play that, as a key method of creative drama, allows children to enter someone else's roles. A teacher uses a role play to create variable situations. Creative process opens up a space for children to act, interact, collaborate and communicate. Positive feelings of each participant in activities and a pleasant atmosphere when working with a literary story are an important asset. The paper presents practical examples of work with a literary story enabling children to, through personal experiences, acquire new knowledge and skills positively influencing their personality development.

One of the tools for conflict resolution is a method of mediation. It is considered to be a means of conflict recognition for pupils and students, who then learn to solve a conflict on their own without disciplinary actions. Peer mediators manage the process and help during mutual interactions to come to mutual agreement. The process is voluntary, based on good will and interest of young people to solve the interpersonal relations´ issues.

Simultaneously with the industrial development, degradation of the environment was taking place. In the final phase it led up to the climate change that is manifested by extreme weather conditions. Although much effort has been directed against the negative impact on quality of life, man was loosing this fight. The final breakthrough came after the Paris climate agreement COP21 held in Paris 2015. The paper deals with all the way to COP21, the main points of the Paris Agreement, its ratification in chronological order and subsequent negotiations. It provides the most basic adaptation measures that could be helpful in minimizing the impact of extreme weather events. It also highlights the role of Slovakia as the presiding EU country in ratifying the Paris Agreement.

This paper deals with changes in environmental legislation, affecting the operation of biogas plants in Slovakia. The aim of this work is to identify changes in environmental legislation that have occurred over the past year, directly related to the operation of biogas plants and to briefly discuss their impact on their operation. The most significant changes are identified in certain paragraphs of the new law on Waste Management and in new implementing regulations of the Clean Air Act. These results are limited in time, since the legislation is subject to continuous change and also spatially, as it is only valid on the territory of Slovakia. Practical and social implications of discussed legislative changes can be generalized by the knowledge that costs associated with the introduction of changes in legislation should be balanced by society-wide benefits. Original contribution of the article is in demonstration of the practical problems associated with the application of some changes in legislation based on the experience of the authors with environmental services to biogas plants.

The aim of the article is to describe basic themes (natural universe, man), which form the curriculum of Pierre Teilhard de Chardin's thinking. We analyze Theilard's understanding of the evolution of the natural universe. These are cosmogenesis and biogenesis. In the second part we focus on the origin and evolution of man considering hominization, psychogenesis, socialization and the formation of noosphere. Teilhard's conception escalates in the understanding of Christ as the point of Omega, in which the whole of creation and man find their fulfillment in an eschatological sense. Teilhard's prophetic vision of fulfilling the meaning of the evolution of the universe and of man in Christ is penetrated by deep hope.
