Summary/Abstract: The contribution zooms the adaptation of older people to the environment of the institutional facility. It describes the phases of the behaviour of the elderly placed in the facility, as well as the behavior and attitudes of people who have entered a serious crisis. It shows the progress of the adaptation process and the problems associated with the adaptation of older people to the environment in the facility.
