Summary/Abstract: Paraliturgic production of 16th-19th centuries' Carpathian region just on the border of East and West of the Slavs is the result of language, cultural and social, religious and historical situation. On one hand it features as a synthesis of motives of East spirituality and mysticism and on the other hand it reflects concrete historical and social background. Exactly the paraliturgic songs devoted to miraculous icons of the Mother of God manifest the integration of East and West cultural and religious context, which, in Carpatian region, was caused by transition from Orthodoxy to Union under the jurisdiction of Rome.
