Women's Employment and Unemployment

Summary/Abstract: The employment and the unemployment as two mutually linked processes are analysed in the article. Some particularities of the female employment change are discussed considering the conditions of the labour market reshaping as a cause of women's unployment. It is pointed out that the unemployed's structure including women's one typical for the transition from one economic basis to another is not reshaped yet. On the bases of the analysis of empyric data some concerns on the trend of employment and unemployement of the female labour force are presented.
