Summary/Abstract: Between the two completely opposite interpretations of reality and the effects of the regional politics of European Union, one thing is certain: the European Union (which identifies the development of the global arena and guides and directs the equal development of all its regions by all around and unique cohesion politics) and the state (which has a clear defined developmental priorities, with the state administration which infallibly manages projects, financed by the structural funds of European Union), bring positive effects to the regional politics of European Union, as well as congruity of the region and appropriate standard of living and quality of living of all its citizens.
