Summary/Abstract: It is about achievement results of Bulgarian students (4lh graders) in International Study - PIRLS'2006 - Progress in International Reading Literacy Study - one of the largest international assessments of reading literacy. Bulgarian Students together with students from Luxembourg, Italy, Hungary, Sweden, the Netherlands, Belgium (Flemish) and Denmark had higher achievement than the majority of the other participants.
