Summary/Abstract: This study was conducted to determine the relationship between the leadership styles and management styles of school administrators working in middle schools. The research aims to understand how school administrators' leadership approaches and management styles influence each other. The data collected in the study were obtained using the ‘School Administrators’ Leadership Style Scale' and the ‘School Administrators’ Management Styles Scale'. These two scales provide comprehensive data on administrators' leadership and management practices. A total of 342 teachers working in middle schools during the 2023-2024 academic year participated in the study. Participants responded to various questions about the leadership and management styles of school administrators. The data obtained were examined in detail using parametric analysis methods such as Descriptive Statistics, Independent Samples t-test, One-Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), and Pearson's Moment Correlation Analysis. These analysis methods were used to increase the reliability of the data and to interpret the results more accurately. According to the research findings, a positive and significant relationship has been found between the leadership styles and management approaches of school administrators working in middle schools. This result indicates that administrators' leadership characteristics shape their management approaches and that both factors support each other, creating a more efficient environment in educational management.
