Summary/Abstract: In this study, it was aimed to evaluate the relationship between the motivation of pre-service teachers studying in education faculties and the classroom management skills of teaching staff, and it was tried to reveal whether there is a relationship between the classroom management styles of teaching staff and adult motivation. As the sample of the study 538 of the 1877 pre-service teachers studying at MCBU Faculty of Education in the 2020 – 2021 academic year were reached. The data were collected online by using the "Classroom Management" and "Adult Motivation" scales. In the analysis of the data with the SPSS 23 program, descriptive statistics, the significant difference according to gender and department, and the relationship between the classroom management styles of teaching staff and the motivation of preservice teachers were examined. According to the gender variable, it was seen that there was no significant difference in the classroom management styles of the teaching staff and in the adult motivation. A significant difference was observed between the science education department and other departments in terms of the classroom management skills of the teaching staff. Near to midlevel correlation was found between the classroom management styles of the teaching staff and the motivations of the pre-service teachers.
