Summary/Abstract: Due to the current domestic realities of updating the European content of the educational sphere, the problem of high-quality training of future specialists who master the «defense profession» in higher education is becoming particularly acute. The study and generalization of scientific literature and reference sources convincingly testifies to the compacted connection between such personal and professional qualities as spirituality, legal culture, and professional competence of a relatively future specialist in the socio-economic sphere. As a result of the conducted pedagogical discourse, an increased interest of both scientists and practitioners of the educational sphere in the phenomenology of legal competence of future specialists in the socionomic sphere was established. At the same time, the weight of interdisciplinary research increases, which is reflected in the new emphasis of scientific research. For example, we are talking about such phenomena as «pedagogical jurisprudence», «pedagogical and legal competence». By studying these phenomena, scientists are trying to deepen scientific understanding of the resources of higher pedagogical schools in the aspect of improving the legal competence of future specialists in the socionomic sphere. Trying to explore the potential of the educational process in higher education regarding the formative impact on students who acquire professions of the socionomic spectrum fully, the research attention was focused on the «pedagogical conditions» construct. As a result of the introduction of diagnostic procedures, the reliability of which has been established by other researchers, a set of pedagogical conditions has been determined, the implementation of which in higher education will contribute to the positive dynamics of the formation of legal competence of future specialists in the socionomic sphere.
