Summary/Abstract: In our article, we deal with the collection of spiritual poetry by Ludmila Sandalova, entitled I'll Drink Water (Напю ся водічкь), which the author herself described as „little prayers” In this paper, we analyze the collection as a whole from the perspective of the four dimensions of prayer (quantity, style, purpose and target), with which we want to characterize the lyrical subject present in the verses as well as the author“s approach to the given genre.
