Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the complex issue of sections of the drug-free zone with standard treatment as well as therapeutic treatment. The article provides statistical data for the years 2021 and 2022 related to the representation of clients in the program according to the primary problem, but also the structure of clients in the program (users of non-alcoholic drugs) according to the main drug. The article also includes system measures of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic, which are focused both on the area of reducing the supply of drugs (punitive measures) and on the area of reducing the demand for drugs (counseling and treatment programs).
