Summary/Abstract: This article addresses the issue of harmful drug use in pre-hospital emergency care. It focuses on the drug's impact on an individual's health, including behavioral disorders and aggression towards emergency medical teams. Case studies provided by the Medical Rescue Services of the Ústí and Karlovy Vary regions illustrate the consequences of harmful drug use as observed during emergency medical aid.
