Summary/Abstract: The article presents the issue of accepting and completing the individual steps of the Paracetamol challenge (the so-called Paracetamol challenge). This is a challenge that is spread through a social network and includes intoxication with an inappropriate dose of paracetamol and subsequent online sharing of the individual steps of the challenge (taking the dose, providing pre-hospital emergency care, transport to a medical facility and subsequent hospitalization). Attention is also paid to paracetamol intoxication, including its risks. An integral part of the article is the characteristics of the procedures for providing pre-hospital emergency care and hospital care. The article also points out the dangers of risks related to addiction to social networks (the Internet in general), with imitation and also manipulation of the human psyche.
