Assessment of the Impact of Investments Made in Maramureș County on Rural Development

Summary/Abstract: This paper aims to evaluate the impact of investments made through PNDR in Maramureș County, a territory with a predominantly rural structure and active agriculture, during the period 2015-2024. The article is structured in three main directions: bibliometric analysis of the specialized literature on investments and rural development (carried out through the Web of Science platform, for the period 2010-2025 and using the Vosviewer software), evaluation of the distribution of projects financed in the county (depending on years, measured and values), as well as analysis of the correlations between the volume of investments and agriculture indicators (crop and animal production) and the level of mechanization (tractor fleet).
