Summary/Abstract: In the context of intensifying globalization and the transition toward sustainable economic models, this research analyzes the impact of economic clusters on the average monthly net salary at the regional level in Romania, considering that these geographic agglomerations of enterprises can stimulate not only competitiveness but also inclusive development. The main objective of the study is to evaluate the relationship between cluster strength and economic well-being, using quantitative methods and panel data for the period 2017–2023, extracted from the Tempo Online platform. Correlations were analyzed between average salary, unemployment rate, regional GDP, industrial specialization, and the Location Quotient indicator. The research involved building a multiple linear regression model and applying a t-test to compare regions with strong and weak clusters. The results indicate that the explanatory variables have a significantly positive influence on the average net salary, and salary differences are notable between regions with well-developed clusters and those with lower potential. The analysis was conducted using JASP software, which allowed for model validation and visualization of relationships among variables. The conclusions emphasize the need to integrate clusters into sustainable regional development strategies, highlighting their role in economic growth, reducing inequalities, and supporting sustainable development goals. The study provides a valuable contribution to the academic literature by proposing an integrated framework for economic, social, and sustainability analysis.
