EMLÉKEZÉS FÉNYKÉPEKBEN

Author(s): Andrea Virginás / Language(s): Hungarian Publication Year: 0

I will speak about movie protagonists who, in the strictest sense, store their memories in photos. Their memory functions only by this technology – ant thus, the agents of this access will be not only the protagonists, but also us, viewers, who will construct a more or less coherent identity for the protagonists on the base of these pictures. My protagonists do not only use photos to remember by: they also have notes, drawings and novels to dispose of. What is common in all these forms, is the externalization of memory. The photos constitute a core of self-identity that can be accessed in need, and identified with, over and over. What I investigate is the implications of using photography in such techniques, and the roles of mediatized pictures in these fictional worlds.

The leader of bibliotherapy directs the choice of the piece of art work, its interpretation, and its inclusion, in order to achieve a certain effect. The three protagonists of the literary therapy process are the receiver, the literary work and the therapist. The literary works can fulfill more functions. One is the mirror-function, where the receiver recognizes his problems in the art work. Another function is the model function, where he gets a model to follow, or negative model function. The main aim is that the literary work, in one or another way, should dynamize the participants, so that they recognize some message of the art work and find a relation between the story described in it and their own life stories.

Sistemul dreptului – baza rezilienței societale în fața criminalității generată de crize

Sistemul dreptului – baza rezilienței societale în fața criminalității generată de crize

Author(s): Tiberiu Viorel POPESCU / Language(s): Romanian Publication Year: 0

The countries that are addressing today's societies, whether caused by crises such as the multi-dimensional health crisis that erupted at the end of 2019 or caused by other events, have become a real concern. The reseminence of communities to any kind of aggression depends largely on the rules they are guided by, but also on their ability to adapt each field of activity to new realities. Each subsystem of the social system, such as the medical system, the education system or the economic system, is governed by the law system, which incorporates the general rules governing each of them. The legal system in general and criminal law, together with criminal sciences, must provide the conditions for respect for the main social values even in times of crisis. The clearer the rule of law system and the clearer it has the capacity to quickly and after unsound procedures to create fair and predictable laws that respond to crises, the more social system in general will gain greater societal resilience. Societal resilience is one of the main attributes of society that can make it more resilient and adaptable to any threats. This can best protect it from a potential increase in crime in crisis situations, provided that clear, predictable and fair laws are generated.

They can influence and motivate students to complete their postgraduate studies. Super- visors need to understand and accommodate the diversity of students. They have to include all students in all the scholarship activities and ensure they respond to the needs of each specific student. Students should be responsible for their postgraduate studies. At the same time, supervisors have to provide feedback on the works of the students within a reasonable time. A Memorandum of Understanding is crucial to manage and maintain the good relationship between a student and a supervisor. Author(s): Jean-Christophe Barbato / Language(s): Bulgarian Publication Year: 0

One of the components of the United Europe idea, according to its founders, is culture. The EU views the goal of maintaining cultural diversity as complementary to the goal of highlighting the common cultural legacy. Both of these objectives are more likely to be attained through intercultural conversation and the free movement and access to all cultures. Starting from diversity, the goal is to achieve a unity that does not, however, harm the original diversity, which is preserved. The European Union's motto, "United in Diversity," is a wonderful synthesis of this strategy.
