Throughout the recent decades of foreign language teaching the best new technology has been adapted and has been put in the context of teaching and learning. In particular the use of filmed materials has entered widely the process of foreign language didactics. Many are the reasons why language teachers should use their filmed material. They complement textbooks with authentic paralinguistic as well as extra linguistic cultural material featuring a reality as close to the place of language in the object of study. The utilization of these materials has raised curiosity and motivation in language learning. Even scientific research support this typology of learning. Of course the teacher must be careful in the selection of films which should include some specific criteria. The collection of the teaching materials related to the film selected parts, takes time and special specifications, but it provides in depth acquisition through the active participation of pupils.

Aspects of semantic features in the Albanian lexicon, and in particular the aspects of polysemantics and homo-semantics have been the scope of studies either in isolation or in interaction with one another, but as well they have been studies in relation to many other phenomena such as: the root of the meaning (Thomai,2009), synonymy (Islamaj, 1985) etc. A study of these two phenomena which are closely inter-related is both of theoretical and practical value. In particular, the practical value is directly related to the compilation of explanatory and translation dictionaries (Thomai, 1972), which serves as an interface of the semantic structures of words

Medicine has a lot of principles that need to be complied with especially when it comes to saving the life of the individual and, at the same time, respecting his rights. Today there are increasingly more cases of malpraxis either because these principles are not fully complied with or out of negligence. We believe that one of the most important principles of medicine is autonomy, whereas it is essential for the individual to act in accordance with his principles and values or those of the society where he lives. In this paper I shall analyze the concept of autonomy and its relationship with transhumanism. I shall argue that within human enhancement - whether cognitive enhancement or human enhancement - the individual must be autonomous and must be able to decide regarding his maximum benefit. We believe that human bioenhancement is a project that – when put into practice - could have negative consequences, since moral enhancement is rather seen as a danger to the freedoms and autonomy of the individual

The main theme of this survey concerns the problems about Bulgarian and Romanian collaboration in the sphere of the archival heritage in both countries. It traces the first publications of importance for Bulgarian historiography on documental sources, mainly found in Romanian depots. This activity began in the late 19th century. It is well known that Romania has an opportunity to offer to the Bulgarian researchers more archival sources than Bulgarian archives could ever offer to their Romanian colleagues. Thus one of the accents of this paper is about the formation of a unique collection of microfilms of documents about Bulgarian history in the Central State Archive in Bulgaria from the Romanian state archives. These microfilms have been gained through the way of the official exchange between the two countries during the 20th century as a part of a cultural and scientific collaboration. It began in 1965 and still stands in negotiations for what is more necessary to be done. The author`s aim is to show as possible as she can, what was the document collecting policy of the institutions, concerning the history of the exchange between the two neighboring countries and the problems of collecting nowadays, still waiting for resolving in front of researchers and institutions.

The article is focused above all on the collaboration of the libraries of Wrocław and Lviv, which involved the project of the digitalisation of Polish collections which remained in Lviv. A 19th-century copiarium which heretofore was not processed, containing inter alia the poems of Anna z Mycielskich Radziwiłłowa, Franciszka Urszula Radziwiłłowa and an anonymous diarium describing the path to Dresden served as an example of a work derived from the Baworowski Library which was digitised and made accessible in the internet database. The description of its content facilitated the underscoring of the significance of the processes of digitalisation which enable researchers to study valuable manuscripts access to which was difficult earlier.

The term cultural heritage refers to the body of the heritage of societies produced in the process of historical development, passed from one generation to another. Its scope includes both material and non-material elements. Cuisine constitutes an important component of the second group. It is an indicator of the richness and variety of culinary heritage. Therefore it is no wonder that the state and self‑government authorities along with regional tourism organisations create initiatives whose purpose is to create an inventory of the local culinary resources and their use to promote local production in the food market, also as a value which generates the movement of tourists. Therefore it is worthwhile to observe the extent to which tourism based on the resources of culinary heritage develops. The aim of the present work is to demonstrate the model of using culinary heritage in tourism, prepared on the basis of research in subject literature and the analysis of the use of selected traditional products in Upper Silesia within the framework of the tourism-related offer of the region.

Building novels are literary genres which describe the life of a character from childhood to maturity. Don Quixote, the one we know, is described as a product of chivalric readings. He has finished his education since the beginning of the novel. If he hadn’t read those books, surely, his life would have been completely different. The change that happened in his mind was converted into concrete actions followed by visible events. In the center of the book is a hero, a main character like Quixote, who changes psychologically, evolves under the circumstances that shape or educate him, as required by the genre, from a burlesque character transformed into a character with high expectations, willing to sacrifice for others, a free volition man, a fearless character who is not afraid of the sufferings, an example of human heroism. In our study, we see the evolution of the character in hic chivalric avenue and his alienation under Sancho’s accompany. Except of this, our numerous assumptions as a building novel, a romantic hero, unsettled or antihero makes it impossible to reach an explicit definition. According to Lucas, being a Romanesque character, from our point of view, he is more a problematic hero. Nonetheless, he is a bit of all and represents manifold features, as this is the first modern novel in Europe which compresses features of many genres and subgenres as the own nature of the novel is of encyclopedic genre which assembles many universal components developing a special totality.

The exclamative sentences and vocatives, onomatopoeic words and other examples of expressivelanguage help to give expressive power to Pirandello‟s fiction. The „sound‟ is of utmost importancein this writer‟s works. Thus, it is only logical to assert that interjections, onomatopoeic words andvocatives are main ingredients in the melodic structure of his fiction. The line between theseelements and other expressive phrases is often not very well-defined due to their variety. The linebetween vocatives, exclamative sentences and other elements which are matched by the intonationand use in communication explains why these elements provide constantly the interjections group. Itis important to consider not only the intonation as a marker, because many direct vocations tosupernatural powers lose their meaning when they become interjections. This paper provides ananalysis of the expressive elements that Pirandello uses in his stories and the way these elementshave been translated into Albanian. We will explore whether the translators have managed toconvey even in our language the expressiveness of Pirandello‟s fiction which is one of the definingcharacteristics of his style. The paper focuses on false interjections and onomatopoeic words. Thefalse interjections are difficult to classify since, in most of the cases, they are words that belong toother parts of speech but are used as interjections. The interjections, subject to this analysis, belongto the spoken language and are, somehow, fixed phrases in the language. The analysis also includesthe onomatopoeic words which are created in direct imitation of the sound as well as constructionswhich, as a result of some changes, adopt an imitation function, although it is entirely subjective innature.
