The first critical edition of "Memoirs and Letters", an important source for Polish history and the history of education by Izabela Moszczeńska-Rzepecka (1864-1941), who was an independence activist, patriot, pedagogue advocating the ideas of the New Education and supporting the emancipation of women and a pioneer of sexual education. Her life began in a manor house in Kuyavia, where patriotic insurgent traditions were cultivated, she received positivist education at a finishing school in Warsaw and joined the ranks of Warsaw insurgent intelligentsia (and imprisoned for her activity in this field). A social activist in the Second Polish Republic, she died in Warsaw during the Nazi occupation. She raised two children on her own: Hanna Pohoska (1895-1953) was a historian of education and an associate professor at Warsaw University, Jan Rzepecki (1899-1983) was a colonel in the Polish Army. The grave of Izabela Moszczeńska at Warsaw Powązki Cemetery is engraved with her life motto: "Full of faith in homeland’s resurrection".

Iskustva i preporuke ove faze projekta podstakle su razvoj nove faze projekta ODG koji je počeo 2001. godine.

Da li su besplatni udžbenici zaista besplatni?

Besplatno školovanje za sve je kao pravo prvi put predstavljeno u Univerzalnoj deklaraciji o ljudskim pravima: “Svako ima pravo na obrazovanje. Obrazovanje treba da bude besplatno bar u osnovnim i nižim školama. Osnovno obrazovanje je obavezno”. Važnost ovog prava za razvoj društva je prepoznata i kroz druge relevantne međunarodne dokumente. U tom kontekstu, Međunarodnim paktom o ekonomskim, socijalnim i kulturnim pravima “Države članice ovog pakta priznaju svakom licu pravo na obrazovanje. Države članice ovog pakta priznaju da u cilju osiguranja punog korištenja ovog prava: (a) osnovno školovanje mora da bude obavezno i svima dostupno besplatno obrazovanje” Znači, radi se o preporuci koju bi trebalo da poštuju odnosno implementiraju sve potpisnice ovog dokumenta, među kojima je i Crna Gora. Dodatno, i UNESCO Konvencija protiv diskriminacije u obrazovanju propisuje: “obezbijediti da osnovno obrazovanje bude besplatno i obavezno; obezbijediti da srednje obrazovanje u njegovim različitim oblicima bude dostupno i pristupačno svima; obezbijediti da visoko obrazovanje bude jednako dostupno svima u skladu sa individualnim sposobnostima; osigurati da svi ispune zakonski propisanu obavezu pohađanja škole.”

Kada je ovaj Obrazovni priručnik napravljen još 1994. – 1995.g , pristup internetu bio je praktično ograničen na akademsku populaciju, veliki biznis i vlade – niko od nas nije imao e-mail, a kontaktirali smo jedni druge koristeći poštu, faks i telefon. Danas, pristup internetu još nije omogućen svima i moramo da činimo više da se borimo protiv ove nove vrste isključivanja. Ipak, stvari se popravljaju i mogućnosti da se internet koristi za razmjenu ideja i omogućavanje veće dostupnosti publikacija – u poređenju sa 1995. g. – su nevjerovatne. Doprinoseći narastajućoj zajednici prakse obrazovanja u oblasti ljudskih prava širom svijeta, svakako će pomoći u stvaranju veza i solidarnosti. Ubrzo nakon objavljivanja 1995.g., Obrazovni priručnik „svi različiti – svi jednaki” postao je referenca za one koji se bave interkulturalnim obrazovanjem i obukom u Evropi i šire. Prevedena na mnoge jezike, ona ostaje jedna od najuspješnijih i najviše korišćenih publikacija Savjeta Evrope. Sa uspješnim pokretanjem elektronske verzije Kompasa - priručnika za obrazovanje mladih u oblasti ljudskih prava, čini se razumljivim da se osavremeni publikacija koja sačinjava osnovu obrazovnih napora u kampanji “svi različiti - svi jednaki“ i da se oni učine šire dostupnim u kontekstu Obrazovnog programa u oblasti ljudskih prava za mlade. Deseta godišnjica kampanje “svi različiti - svi jednaki“ je takođe dobra prilika da se ovim materijalima udahne novi život.

This publication presents an analysis of the development of school subject History in the Czech lands during 1918-2013 with a focus on the status’ development (e.g. time framework), objectives and content of the school subject History. Only schools, which corresponded to the current lower secondary schools, were examined. The research was based on the analysis of main obligatory curricula documents, especially school curricula. Great attention was paid to the context of subject’ development, in particular, the development of our education system and investigated school type. The findings were discussed with respect to current literature and contemporary journals.

It includes also an analysis and interpretation of a questionnaire SDQ, Cze, which was administered at the beginning and the end of the school year at the examined inclusive classrooms and the controlled classrooms of the participating schools.

The publication Cookbook for lectors of experientially oriented courses, or we are (Not)cooking just with water intends firstly to the students of the discipline Social education and leisure time, as theoretical and practical support of their studies focused on leisure education, personal and social development and experientially oriented courses, but also during their next profiling. The name and content is interwoven with metaphors, those invite readers to creative attitude when processing the information. This creativity is fragrant spice supporting the taste of lector´s work. Here readers meet with concepts such as game, education, passed experience, present experience, experience, dramaturgy, script, motivation, reflection and feedback, methodics (preparation and implementation) of experientially oriented events, team, it´s role, lector and his/her personal and professional growth and psychohygiene. The book is not database of games, but collective work that summarizes our own experience. The topics introduce collage that in the end captures our conception of experiential education and experiential reflective learning. This is partly influenced by the target group, students, who pass trough this way to gain appropriate competencies with the aim to become qualite personalities and experts in their proffesion. Part of the publication is handbook. We want to give students space for their own notes and commentary based on their own experience, that we find as the key concept in learning process.

Ústní interakce a rozvoj komunikační kompetence při výuce angličtiny s interaktivní tabulí

The publication deals with current topic of development of communicative competence in oral interaction in lessons of English as a foreign language taught with an interactive whiteboard. It aims to find out if and how the oral interaction in a target language is influenced while an interactive board is being used. The research instrument was qualitative structured observation carried out in basic schools in the Czech Republic which lead to analysis of the observation records. The key finding resulting from the observations is that teachers who do not apply the principles of communication approach use an interactive board in a very traditional way and modern technologies do not contribute to the change of their teaching style.

One of the factors influencing the quality of teaching is teacher shortage, caused, among other factors, also by drop-out of qualified teachers who leave their schools or the teaching profession. The most vulnerable professional group are novice teachers. The book discusses the findings of a research study realized in Czech primary and lower secondary schools, focusing on the processes of socialization of novice teachers and their objective determinants. The determinants were identified at the interactive level (pupils, class), institutional level (school, colleagues, leadership) and cultural level (close community including parents and broader cultural, social and political context). The authors formulated recommendations for educational policy, teacher educators and school leaders.

Every single method is presented in theoretical context and in practice. The text reflects the experience of authors with the application of drama education to the education of pedagogical staff and into practice. The conclusion of the publication presents the practical lessons made by Ukrainian students under the guidance of their teachers.
