Annotation. Children's literature is a unique means of reflecting ideas existing in society. It plays a vital role in shaping the cultural background of the nation and each individual member of society. The children's prose of Lydia Kossuthskaya has been little studied, since the writer devotes the main place to prose in her work. The need to expand ideas about the structure of Lydia Kossutskaya’s children’s stories determines the significance of this work. Possessing artistic value, Kossuthskaya's children's prose needs thorough research. The novelty of the work lies in the attempt to comprehend the internal patterns of Kossuthskaya’s children’s prose, which can be explored through a consistent and systematic analysis of poetics. The purpose of this article is to analyze L. Kossutskaya’s prose for children from the point of view of the features of her poetics (artistic language). Scurtă analiză lexico-terminologică asupra limbajului muzical tehnologic în perioada pandemiei

Author(s): Manuela Mihăescu,Cristian Mihăescu / Language(s): English,Romanian Issue: 2/2022

The pandemic period has created certain specific situations in many fields, one of them being the educational field. The transfer of activities to the online environment has also brought, beyond the specialized technical vocabulary of the platforms and computer applications used, new concepts that interfere, at times, with the “classic process of learning, teaching and development of new skills. The present article proposes, based on an empirical study, a lexical and terminological investigation on the technological musical language in the context of the virtualization of music education during the pandemic. Using a corpus of texts from specialized journals dealing with various topics in the field of music didactics, an attempt is made to systematize the denominations used for musical didactic methods and techniques during the abovementioned period.

Abordarea interdisciplinară a compoziției muzicale cu suport tehnologic: Experiment

Author(s): Maria Moldovan / Language(s): English,Romanian Issue: 2/2022

This paper presents a cross-curricular approach to musical composition supported by ICT, an experiment based on the model of Phil Kirkman. The investigation was carried on in the 2021-2022 academic year. It was realized in collaboration with teachers from the Sigismund Toduță High School of Art in Deva and the High School of Art in Sibiu, respectively, involving middle school and high school students from year 7, year 8, year 9 and year 10. The experiment started with a debate on a recommended topic suggested by images, which constituted the visual stimulus. The path to achieving the final goal supported students in developing creative skills, the primary purpose of musical composition, and building musical knowledge. It also enriched learners with information from different areas and knowledge fields belonging to several other subjects. Following the received information on the composition topic and the debates in the classroom, the students developed their ability to understand the world by building their own opinions on the issues. These opinions could be supported by historical, geographical, philosophical, economic, and psychological data they achieved. The cross-curricular approach to music composition offered a creative way to develop understanding, knowledge, and practical skills through an interconnected study of multiple disciplines. This approach to music education that transcends its boundaries brought educational benefits to both students and teachers, who took advantage of the learning situations within the experiment to broaden both their musical knowledge and their across-the-board knowledge beyond the subject taught or studied, respectively.

Dansând cu Cântăreața cheală – redefinirea educației artistice

Author(s): Nicoleta-Cristina Demian,Diana Drăgan Chirilă,Ulla Levens / Language(s): English,Romanian Issue: 1/2023

The Bald Soprano by Eugene Ionesco is a classic example of the Theatre of the Absurd, which explores the absurdity of human existence through nonsensical dialogue, disjointed narrative, and surreal imagery. Transforming this play into a multimedia dance performance is an experiment that intends to re imagine it by incorporating contemporary stage vision and contemporary music to update the play’s commentary on modern society. This perspective involved reimagining the characters as dancers, and incorporating visual techniques, complemented by an optimally balanced soundtrack. Dancing with the Bald Soprano required a collaborative effort between choreographer, visual artists, musicians and student performers to create a visually stunning and immersive experience that brings the play to life in a new and exciting way. Stressing the relation of interdependence between dance, music and video techniques, through our multimedia dance performance, Dancing with the Bald Soprano, our goal is to redefine the art education for our students.

Digitalizarea procesului de învățare a teoriei muzicii începând cu învățământul primar

Author(s): Marius Bănuț,Ion Albulescu / Language(s): English,Romanian Issue: 2/2023

The present study aimed at verifying an inductive teaching strategy through which the specific concepts of music theory are formed starting from examples and practical activities of composing digital music through computer programming. In this sense, 25 students from the 4th grade carried out programming activities within the compulsory subject responsible with music education, through an educational project implemented over a period of 24 weeks. The score transformation of some musical works from the cultural heritage or children’s repertoire into digital audio products, with the help of the Sonic Pi application, represents a practice model for the digitalisation of the didactic process. The good results obtained by students, after the application of a knowledge test, show that making digital music with the help of Sonic Pi corresponds to a theoretical and applied framework through which music theory can be learned applicatively, by primary education or older students alike.

Author(s): Silvia Golubițchi / Language(s): Romanian Issue: 38/2024

This article presents aspects of language education in a postmodern context, influenced by various theories and perspectives that emphasize plurality, diversity of interpretation, and cultural relativism. Postmodernism underscores the value of linguistic and cultural diversity and is characterized by: the development of critical consciousness; the exploration of multiple perspectives on a text; the recognition that interpretations can vary depending on cultural, social, and personal context; language is semantically autonomous or self-referential and is seen as an infinite play of meanings; the meaning of words and sentences is determined by the internal structures of language itself; subjectivity is produced within a range of practical discourses - economic, social, cultural. These characteristics reflect paradigmatic shifts in education, influenced by postmodern thought, which emphasizes diversity, social critique, and adaptability in the face of new cultural and technological realities.

DESIGNING LESSONS IN THE DIGITAL EDUCATION SUBJECT FROM AN INTERDISCIPLINARY PERSPECTIVE

DESIGNING LESSONS IN THE DIGITAL EDUCATION SUBJECT FROM AN INTERDISCIPLINARY PERSPECTIVE

Author(s): Tatiana Chiriac,Marinela Diana Coroi / Language(s): Romanian Issue: 38/2024

The most effective or ideal lessons are those in which the teacher manages to engage students to participate in their own learning in an independent and creative way. The development of thinking and the ability to systematically acquire knowledge relates to the student's own intellectual effort, which they apply in learning. The constant stimulation and training of this effort depends on the teacher's skill in identifying appropriate methods, techniques, resources, and learning tasks. The article aims to highlight the ERRE technique as a model for designing lessons in the Digital Education subject with an interdisciplinary approach in primary education. The three teaching examples follow a simple scenario that involves four interconnected stages, allowing for the creative integration of new content to facilitate the learning process.

VERBAL COMMUNICATION VS NONVERBAL COMMUNICATION AT PRESCHOOL AGE FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF PSYCHOEDUCATIONAL COUNSELING

Author(s): Elena Oliviana Epurescu / Language(s): Romanian Issue: 38/2024

A very important aspect of effective communication at early ages is a good counselor-client relationship, in this case, the psychopedagogical counselor and the client-preschool child. In this sense, we propose the following as objectives of effective communication at young ages: understanding the complexity of the problem of verbal communication and nonverbal; analyzing the components of the communication process in an environment of early education; capturing the behaviors and habits of different behaviors relevant for communication at young ages; identification of communication barriers within communication verbal and non-verbal. To these are added the communication methods that the psycho-pedagogical counselor uses, namely, verbal communication and non-verbal communication. The current paper proposes to indicate how the 2 types of communication work in psycho-pedagogical counseling in early education.

INCLUSIVE EDUCATION. ATTITUDES WITHOUT PREJUDICES AND “TAGS”

Author(s): Corina Tonita / Language(s): Romanian Issue: 38/2024

Since emphasis is placed both on performance and quality education, as well as on the individualization of education for students with SEN, it is necessary to train teachers so that they are flexible, resistant to stress and use modern teaching methods–learning–evaluation. In recent decades, increasing importance has been given to the inclusion of children with disabilities in mainstream schools. Being a complex phenomenon, it constitutes a challenge for the institutions involved and for society as a whole and has as a consequence the need to change both mentalities and educational policies. It is recognized that, in recent years, significant progress has been made in terms of the inclusion of students with disabilities in mainstream schools, both from a legislative point of view and through the employment of several institutions and the introduction of new professions.

Učebnica latinčiny Donatus Latino-Hungaricus (1697) ako hodnotné slovacikum

Author(s): Ľudmila Eliášová Buzássyová / Language(s): Slovak Issue: 55/2023

The study focuses on the textbook on the Latin grammar basics Latin-Hungarian donat, lat. Donatus Latino-Hungaricus as an important and so far little-known monument of the cultural heritage of Slo-vakia. It is a teaching text compiled originally by the German Protestant teacher Johannes Rhenius edited and adapted for the requirements of the territory of the so-called Upper Hungary (and special-ly, for the evangelical school in Trenčín) by Michal Mišovic. More in detail, the article describes the presumed first edition, which was published in Samuel Brewer's printing house in 1697. The socio-historical context and the reasons that led the author to write the textbook are briefly indicated. The specific position of Mišovic's language adaptation is pointed out both in the context of the otherwise only Latin works of the author, and in the context of other Rhenian Donats from the territory of to-day's Slovakia. The relationship between the two forms of the title of this textbook is also explained.

IMPACTUL PSIHOEMOȚIONAL AL EDUCAȚIEI MORAL-RELIGIOASE ÎN CADRUL FAMILIEI, ȘCOLII ȘI BISERICII

Author(s): Aurelia Cojocaru,Rodion Brașoveanu / Language(s): Romanian Issue: 02/2021

The human person is not a static being, he must be understood as a dynamic being, in constant development. Its continuous evolution concerns both the psychological structure (intelligence, character, emotion) and biological infrastructure (or body) and the social superstructure (or society). From an objective angle, the being is as far as the body is seen. From the point of view of the soul, however, the being never stops at the frontier of the body. It is not only us, but also the family in which we were born, the marriage we have established, the profession we have, the class and the nation we belong to, etc. The present paper aims at the development of the personality from the perspective of the family, the school and the Church, as fundamental factors of education. The importance of such a topic lies in the practical approach by researching the current phenomenon of education in terms of the factors mentioned. The interest for this topic was born from the interdisciplinary psychological and theological approach. The two fields of research have in common the issue of the human being, one emphasizing its social role, the other emphasizing its spiritual dimension.

Relationship with Parents, Symptoms of Depression and Internet Addiction among Adolescents During the Pandemic Period

Author(s): Roman Solecki,Anna Mróz / Language(s): English Issue: 1/2024

The research presented in this article aimed to answer the following question: what is the role of social support and quality of family relationships in the context of depressive symptoms and abuse of the Internet during the COVID-19 pandemic and remote learning by adolescents? The study was conducted among 619 adolescents aged 11‒15. The survey questionnaire was constructed from standardized research tools. The study showed that 40.0% of the students who took part in the study had increased depressive symptoms. Heavy Internet use affected 16.0% of the respondents, and there was 9.2% of those who had aggravated symptoms of depression and addiction at the same time Simultaneously, it was noted that girls, compared to boys, were more often found among adolescents experiencing symptoms of depression. Students belonging to the group with depressive and addictive symptoms experienced significantly more difficulties in their relationships with family members (mothers and fathers) compared to the group without symptoms. Students displayed less severity of depressive symptoms if there was mutual understanding and openness to alternative views and beliefs in their family. The results proved that the quality of family relationships is the most important for the normal functioning of adolescents without depressive symptoms, also in a pandemic situation.
