FAIR TRIAL: Questions of Theory.
The subject of the right to a fair trial is a person (an individual and/or a collegial entity) who is normatively entitled to the protection of the violated right in special state institutions (bodies of the judicial system and bodies in the justice system) and/or an individual who is normatively entitled to participate in the position in the bodies of the judicial system and bodies in the justice system. The object of the right to a fair trial is the social relations in which the subject of the right enters, whose rights and freedoms have been violated and/or related to holding positions in the judicial system and bodies of the justice system.
