Summary/Abstract: The article is a follow-up to the discussion on the legal issues of autonomous cars. Vehicles of this type belong to new transportation technologies and therefore evoke great social emotions. The issues concerning autonomous vehicles are explored in an ever expanding Polish and foreign literature. This subject matter excites a widespread interest due to both the potential of these vehicles and threats they involve which are demostrated by road accidents. The latter aspect is of interest to both civil and criminal law sciences.
