Upravljanje komunalnim otpadom na području općine Gračanica i mogućnosti primjene naprednih tehnologija

Zbrinjavanje otpada, posebno komunalnog, u većini lokalnih zajednica predstavlja veliki problem. Lokalne vlasti prema svojim mogućnostima poduzimaju korake na rješavanju tog problema, iako iz godine u godinu, uzrokovan užurbanim razvojem, problem postaje sve veći. S druge strane, pristupajući rješavanju problema sa viših nivoa federalne i kantonalne vlasti su donijeli niz zakona i strateških odredbi.

Uvođenje sistema automatske kontrole i regulacije pritiska u vodovodu “Gračanica” u cilju optimalizacije i smanjenja gubitaka

Prema rezultatima istraživanja u okviru Ujedinjenih naroda, snabdijevanje pitkom vodom postat će osnovni i najteži problem čovječanstva. Zato su vrlo bitni faktori gospodarenja vodama, koji se ogledaju: u smanjenju gubitaka u distribuciji i smanjenju prekomjerne potrošnje. Kao jedna od najučinkovitijih metoda u postupku smanjenja gubitaka u vodoopskrbnim sistemima, izuzimajući u obzir direktnu detekciju i saniranje nevidljivih curenja, u suštini, svodi se na smanjenje pritiska. Uz ovu metodu, koriste se i elementi za reduciranje potrošnje (protoka) na izljevnim mjestima. Gubici u većini naših vodovodnih sistema kreću se od 40% do preko 60%.

Vodozemci iz okoline Gračanice

Živi svijet obiluje raznovrsnim životnim oblicima, koji na svojstven način odražavaju funkcioniranje biosfere kao integralne cjeline. Toj raznovrsnosti na specifičan način doprinose i vodozemci kao evolutivno najniži kopneni kičmenjaci. Vodozemci su najmalobrojnija skupina recentnih kopnenih kičmenjaka, ali uprkos tome, u našoj zemlji su relativno slabo istraženi. Počeci proučavanja vodozemaca na prostoru naše zemlje vezuju se za drugu polovicu 19. i početak 20. stoljeća i za imena stranih istraživača. Prve relevantne i naučno koncipirane rezultate istraživanja ove grupe životinja u našoj zemlji objavio je Werner (1893., 1897.), te Reiser (1895.). Naročit doprinos u istraživanju vodozemaca Bosne i Hercegovine u tom periodu vezuje se za Bolkay-a (1919., 1922., 1924.).

GEOTERMALNA ENERGIJA SA POTENCIJALOM TERMOMINERALNIH VODA GRAČANICE

Intenzivan razvoj proizvodnje i potrošnje energije u svijetu, koja se još uvijek podmiruje iz konvencionalnih, uglavnom neobnovljivih izvora energije, u većini zemalja svijeta nameće potrebu dugoročnog planiranja, iznalaženja i korištenja novih izvora energije. Pri tome se vodi računa da su ti izvori obnovljivi i da ne zagađuju životnu okolinu.

DOSADAŠNJA ISTRAŽIVANJA U OBLASTI VODOSNABDIJEVANJA I MOGUĆNOST DOBIJANJA NOVIH KOLIČINA PITKE VODE NA PODRUČJU OPĆINE GRAČANICA

Opština Gračanica prostire se na 219,5 km2 u sjevero-istočnom dijelu Bosne i Hercegovine, odnosno na krajnjem zapadnom dijelu Tuzlansko-podrinjskog kantona. Graniči se sa jugoistoka opštinom Lukavac, sa juga opštinom Maglaj, sa zapada opštinom Doboj, sa sjevera opštinom Gradačac i sa istoka opštinom Srebrenik. Zahvata, dakle, dolinu Spreče i dijelove planine Trebava kao veće geografske cjeline u takozvanom peripanonskom priposavskom pojasu. Na tom prostoru danas živi 56.040 stanovnika u 14.011 domaćinstava. Gradsko područje Gračanice sa prigradskom mjesnom zajednicom Pribavom, koju pokriva gračanički vodovodni sistem, broji preko 19.000 stanovnika.

NEKE PERSPEKTIVE VODOSNABDJEVANJA OPĆINE GRAČANICA

Područje općine Gračanica, pa samim tim i teritorija grada Gračanica, zbog prirodno-geografskih uvjeta (geoloških, geomorfoloških, hidrografskih i klimatskih), ne odlikuje se većim prirodnim potencijalima za vodosnabdijevanje. U prošlosti se stanovništvo snabdijevalo vodom iz prirodnih izvora (izvori, bunarevi, rijeke i potoci). Gotovo je redovno svaka mahala, kako na selu, tako i u gradu, imala po jedan ili više prirodnih izvora ili javnu česmu. Gračanica je još u doba osmanske uprave imala svoj gradski vodovod. Do prije pedesetak godina, pored brojnih izvora i bunareva, korito rijeke Sokoluše bilo je pregrađeno sa desetak manjih brana (jazova) na području grada iz kojih je voda proticala kroz mahale i kućna dvorišta.

O ŽIVOTU I ISTRAŽIVAČKOM RADU JOSIPA A. BAĆA

From 1979 to 1982 the academician Josip Bać did the extensive research of thermal and gaseous water in the area of Gračanica municipality. It was a significant natural resource that had to be proven. But in that time no one cared about thermal sources, because the drinking water was lacking more and more. Reductions in water supply were longer and thirst had threatened Gračanica. Authorities of that time had no solution to this major problem. The water pipeline was extended from Sokol in 1963 but its capacity was not sufficient. Gračanica had no future without water. People even thought about emigration. Although others tried to persuade Professor Bać to look for potable water, he reasonably denied doing so. He was interested in thermal and gaseous waters in Sprečko polje, where he worked intensively on definition of their capacities. But when an epidemic of infectious hepatitis caused by lack of water in the city water supply, stroke Gračanica, Prof. Bać accepted the plea of then municipal officials and started parallel quest for potable water for Gračanica. Besides all expectations, he discovered deep water sources in a quarry of Pašalići, which were integrated into the city water supply system.

Neke posebnosti sokolskih izvora

U brdskom, trebavskom dijelu opštine Gračanica veliki je broj prirodnih izvora. Zbog složene geoloske grade terena, tektonike, topografskih uslova i specifične «geološke prošlosti» ovog područja na mnogim mjestima stvorili su se uvjeti da podzemna voda na svom složenom putu «kroz podzemlje» nade izlaz na površini.

Termomineralne vode opštine Gračanica

DOO “Terme” Gračanica i drugi zainteresirani subjekti namjeravaju nastaviti s istraživanjima i korištenjem termomineralnilı ugljekiselih voda u sirem području Gračanice, koja je rat 1992. godine prekinuo. Sadašnje stanje je takvo da su bušotine, bunari i svi objekti korištenja voda na lijevoj strani rijeke Spreče u Republici Srpskoj i DOO “Terme” ih ne može koristiti.

Gračanicki vodovod - sistem koji ima budućnost

Snabdijevanje stanovništva i privrede Gračanice vodom za piće datira još iz turskog vremena. U 16. stoljeću cjevovodi su pravljeni od borovih Ğunkova, a voda se zahvatala iz obližnjih izvora i dovodila pred kulturne i vjerske objekte.

Analysis and evaluation of existing environmental conditions on the territory of municipality of Subotica represents the basis for defining the sustainable development strategy. There are few different sources of environmental pollution on the territory of municipality of Subotica, and some of them have 'important' influences on closer or wider environment. This paper represents environmental state according to conditions of separate elements (air, water, soil), problems of noise and waste, and in the end proposes certain mitigation measures. Also, this work shows categorization of the environment from the 'pollution' point of view. Measures of mitigation and environmental quality improvement are in accordance with potentials and weaknesses of given area and certain needs of local population.

Значај животне средине у систему вредности у Србији: резултати анкетног истраживања

Since the 1970s, there has been increasing attention to environment. To what extend and how one society will take care of the environment largely depends on its importance in the value system of every individual and society as a whole. The aim of this paper was to examine the importance of the environment in the system of individual/personal values of the citizens of Serbia, the assessment of its importance in the value system of the society as a whole, as well as to find out what is of higher priority for respondents – environment or economic development. For this purpose, a survey was conducted among a sample of 250 respondents. The obtained results show that, in spite of the low standard of living and a long-term economic crisis in the country, environment is highly rated, both at the level of personal priorities (where environment is ranked on the third place), and at the country level (where it is ranked on the second place). The attitudes of the respondents showed that the truce and reconciliation of ecology and economy is necessary and required for the development of a more sustainable society.

Klaipėdos garsovaizdis (I): (ne)girdėtas miestas

This article deals with urban soundscapes. A soundscape is a sonic environment and a multitude of sound sources that reach the human ear. By comparing the different ways in which the soundscape of Klaipėda is constructed, we seek to analyse the aural background of Klaipėda. This research is based on the methodological distinction between hearing and listening. The first is a passive reception of sound, while the latter is interpreted as an activity consisting of both the searching for sounds as well as their interpretation and analysis. The current article concentrates on the hearing mode, which is to be found on the websites that officially represent the city of Klaipėda (Klaipėda Municipality and Klaipėda Tourist and Culture Information Centre websites), the noise regulation rules and the noise maps of Klaipėda, newsletters of the newly built real estate in Klaipėda and its suburbs. The second article will analyse the notion of urban soundscape via the listening mode, concentrating on the practices of sound theorists and sound artists.

THE LEGALIZATION OF INFORMAL ROMA SETTLEMENTS IN THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA – A NECESSARY STEP PRIOR TO LEGITIMATION –

There have been several attempts of the Government of the Republic of Serbia to legalize structures that have been constructed contrary to its building and land use laws. In spite of all expectations, the results achieved have been insignificant. In order to legalize the highest number of illegally constructed structures and to undertake preventive action against the emergence of new illegal construction, the new Law on the Legitimation of Buildings was adopted in November, 2015. However, the author argues that this act, despite its newly simplified and inexpensive procedure, will not enable the legalization of buildings within informal Roma settlements due to the substandard nature of these settlements (most of which are built on land in public ownership or on land that is of an unregulated or unclear legal status). Therefore, the author advocates a need for the enactment of special Law on the Legalization of Sustainable Informal Roma Settlements as a necessary prerequisite for the subsequent legitimation of individual structures within such settlements.

ПРАВНА ОДГОВОРНОСТ ЗА РАЗВОЈ И ЗАШТИТУ ЖИВОТНЕ СРЕДИНЕ

In this paper, the authors try to classify and explain the legal basis of responsibility in the system balance for sustainable development and environmental protection. The method of analysis of theoretical positions and legal norms conclude that the conventional rules of liability for damage to the environment, in modern terms, they could not provide adequate protection. Identification of new and more efficient basis of liability, it appears necessary. In this sense, the principle of „ polluter pays“ is a special form of strict liability, which, in essence, does not imply a causal relationship between the operator and damage. Despite the fact that this new form of accountability contains certain elements of the tax burden and economic measures, it appears that he has a logic of its legal existence and economic feasibility .

Nature as an Inspiration and a Context for Learning and Teaching

This paper is a position of contextual and holistic approach, and on the principles of constructivist theory examines the role of natural resources in the teaching and learning process. In the center of interest by the possibility of establishing a partnership relationship with nature in the process of teaching and learning, where nature appears as an asset, source and target classes. The aim is to get through the display and analysis of theoretical approaches to nature as a context for learning and teaching perceive from the perspective of affirmation contextual, holistic, active, investigative approach to teaching. This will promote new teaching strategies in order to change the classical approach to teaching and learning process and open up new opportunities to increase the share of after-school space in order to create teaching situations. Results of the analysis of theoretical starting points in particular knowledge of the value of contextual and holistic learning, achieving partnership with nature, in favor of modern theories in which it promotes active student positions close to reality in the process of construction of knowledge systems.

Значај природних и друштвених ресурса у функцији интеграцијског и амбијенталног приступа у иновирању функција школе

In work, different possibilities are considered, which are offered by natural and social resources with the goal to change and modernize the teaching outside of the classroom in different environments. Modern teaching is based on the holistic, integrated approach in which the knowledge is viewed as a complete system in a constant process of transformation. Thus, the importance of the environment is asserted, the importance of the ambient in which the teaching process is being conducted. Authentic environment (natural and social resources) in which the teaching is realized, outside of the classroom, creates possibilities for learning through active working methods, independent research, exploration and noticing the relationships and connections. Teaching in the authentic environment offers a series of advantages for both the students and teacher-partners in the process of constructing a knowledge system. Using the resources and modern complex integration approach within the existing educational practice can significantly influence the modernization and innovation of the educational process, and can make the school, as a basic educational institution, a more suitable and more attractive for the generations to come.

Оцена стања животне средине у Oпштини Сопот као услов одрживог развоја подручја општине

The Sopot Municipality can be conditionally characterized as 'an ecological municipality' considering it is known for its preserved and quality environment, which is the result of the absence of greater sources of degradation and environmental pollution. The structure and usage of the Sopot municipality space was influenced by its specific position and historic development, the resources, the fact it is in the vicinity of Belgrade, as well as the processes taking places in the last few decades. Besides natural, anthropogenic factors substantially influenced the way of spatial development, often violating natural conditions and possibilities. In that sense, the current environmental condition analysis represents the important integral planning base for further spatial development of the Municipality. In this paper the environmental condition is shown according to single elements (air, water, soil), the attention is drawn to the problem of waste on the Sopot Municipality area, and in the end the valorization of the environment was performed from the aspect of pollution level.
