In this study, we have investigated relationship between income per capita and enviromental degradation in selected seven Turkic Republics with panel cointegration tests. For that purpose, data set 1992-2011 is used. According to research results, there is a positive linear relationship between our two variables in this countries. Consequently Enviromental Kuznets Curve (EKC) hypothesis is not valid for this countries.

Talcott Parsons, as a sociologist continued positivist - evolutionary thought while maintaining the classical period’s tradition of great theory in twentieth century is one of the major name in American sociology. The sociologist that the notion of integration and the search for equilibrium are spreaded to his overall works, comes into prominence as known for his unique contribution to the system theory while moving into sociology literature and with his importance at structural-functionalist school. The perspective shaped by the action theory elaborated by him was evaluated with concentrating on structure and function like his evolutionary ideas. Achieving the equilibrium and ensuring the continuity of the system are the main neccesities in his system theory. Also the values are the most essential elements for the continuation and the existence of the system.

In the new Assyrian period, intelligent agents gathered information about the number of enemy soldiers, camps of enemies, route of enemies, and about the climate and geographical structure of the region where the Assyrian army could go.

ZEHİRLEYİCİ KİŞİLİK ÖZELLİKLERİNİN SABOTAJ DAVRANIŞLARINA ETKİSİNDE OTANTİK LİDERLİĞİN DÜZENLEYİCİ ROLÜ

This study investigates the moderating role of authentic leadership in the effect of toxic personality characteristic on sabotage behaviors. In the literature, it is suggested that there are some individual and organizational antecedents which underlie on sabotage behaviors of employees. In this study, scope of the individual and organizational antecedents, toxic personality characteristics and perception of authentic leadership are supposed to be effective on the attitudes and behaviors of employees Based on the findings, it is observed that narcissistic personality characteristic has a positive and significant effect on employees’ sabotage behaviors and it is found that there is a moderating role of authentic leadership in the effect of narcissistic personality on sabotage behaviors. However, paranoid personality characteristics has a positive and significant effect on employees’ sabotage behaviors and it is found that there is a moderating role of authentic leadership in the effect of paranoid personality on sabotage behaviors. Moreover, it has been seen that anti-social and obsessive-compulsive personality characteristics have no significant effect on employees’ sabotage behaviors.

The reflections which reach from Azerbaijan to Kirghizia, Crimea, Turkey, Europe and the United States of America are in a remarkable extent. International achievements depend on open borders. This achievement has met proudly by the whole Turks all over the world and the neighbours. With this reality, it is seen that Turks have very important potential in the globalization process.

In the last chapter the data handed were evaluated by using statistical methods and some suggestions were made. The article is a kind of scanning model research.

İn 2011, the Syrians are exposed to forced migration because of the under the Assad regime in uprisings and civil war.As a result, this forced migration Syrians, particularly Syria which borders to Turkey, Lebanon, Jordan, mainly in countries like, They are taking refuge in foreign countries fighting for survival that don’t know language and culture. Syrian asylum seekers who migrated in mass, they are faced with poverty and deprivation in the country; housing, economic, education, health and participation in working life under such titles as varied faced many challenges. The economic difficulties that are most important to these problems of Syrian asylum seekers have put them in a network of opportunism in the places where they are located and Syrian asylum seekers had to work as cheap labor in informal precarious works. In this study; Bursa and Sanliurfa living in our province, As a result of the interviews with the Syrian workers, the problems encountered by the asylum seekers in working life have been discussed.

Marmaris is one of Turkey's most important tourism centers has owned natural beauty and it is composed of many types of tourism. This study to better determine the location of rural tourism activities and was conducted to determine the types of rural tourism activities. The population of this study consists of travel agencies operating in Marmaris. The sample group, is comprised of A group of travel agencies. Semi-structured interviews method was applied. According to the information obtained has been determined the rural tourism potential of Marmaris and examples can be presented to rural tourism activities.

BOZKIR KAVİMLERİNİN GÜNEY RUSYA'DAKİ GÖÇ HAREKETLİLİĞİ

Since the prehistoric times, the area ranging from the Great Wall of China to Danube River has hosted a nomad cavalier lifestyle. In this wide area, just like in the Eastern part where the steppes are, the Turkic societies and states under the name of steppe tribes who mostly lived as nomad cavaliers have kept their existence in the western part of it. In this sense, steppe tribes have been the symbols of a very active lifestyle for centuries in the north of the Black Sea where the Southern Russia steppes ranging from the Caspian Sea to the Danube River are located. The expansion fields of these nomad societies differ depending on the period, however they are known to be the main factor in the shaping of the Southern Russia’s political structure until the Mongolian invasion. On the other hand, since the Scythians, the steppe tribes in the nomad cycle, just like the falling leaves of a tree with its roots in the Central Asia and branches in the Southern Russia, they lost their identities in time by spreading throughout a wider area.

ENFLASYON İLE İŞSİZLİK ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİ: TÜRKİYE ÖRNEĞİ

The relationship between unemployment and inflation in macroeconomics literature is studied by Phillips Curve Approach. This approach suggests that there is an inverse relationship between inflation and unemployment. In this study prepared in accordance with the issue, it is aimed to examine by the Markov Change Technique whether this relationship is valid in Turkey's economy or not. According to the findings, it was concluded that unemployment rates effect inflation rates during the contraction period in Turkey in the period between January, 2015 and February, 2016.

ANKARA İLİ ÇEVRE İLÇELERİNDE HALK GİYİMİNDE KULLANILAN KISA KADIN ÜSTLÜKLERİ

Clothing items, which are shaped in accordance with tradition in the direction of our cultural values, are being lost with the use of clothes that brought by the modern life style and western fashion sense with great speed or shape and forms are changing. Short jackets, (cepken, hırka, salta, sarka etc.) which are an important part of the tradition of rich and folded clothing of the Turkish people, have become a part of clothing used by both men and women on a daily basis in order to protect the body, visually enrich the garments, and provide clothing integrity or harmony. In this study where the characteristics of short jackets used by women in Ankara provinces and surrounding provinces are to be analyzed. The obtained samples were photographed, technical drawings were taken in consideration of their shapes, functions, structural features, usage places, and typologically classified in terms of their formal similarities. fourteen jackets with different typological differences have been reached in four different districts. The selected issue is important in terms of establishing infrastructure for other work related to the topic, identifying, preserving and contributing to the sustainability of the lost values of the Turkish cultural heritage. It is also thought that the research outputs will provide guidance for researchers.

ULUSLARARASI SÖZLEŞMELER VE ULUSAL MEVZUAT IŞIĞINDA AZERBAYCAN’DA ENGELLI EĞİTİMİ HAKLARINA ILIŞKIN SORUNLAR VE ÇÖZÜM YOLLARI

In this study, problems and solutions related educational rights of disabled people in Azerbaijan have been analyzed based on international legal (constitutional) arrangements and national legislation provisions. Accordingly, in the context of disabled people’s rights for receiving the education, international and national arrangements’ scopes, policies, existing national level works and applicability limitations of providing a reachable education for all have been investigated. In this study, different varieties of existing problems, judicial regulation problems along with their solutions have been addressed. To be able to overcome these problems, it has been emphasized that providing education for disabled people and proposing & opening projects to obtain educational involvement of the disabled people is necessary. Proposals have been made with the consideration of “aligning the National Legislation which establishes the rights of disabled people with the United Nations Disability Rights Convention Concerns” and “taking necessary steps to have executable legislative provisions for providing a full coverage community integration of disabled people”.

ÜNİVERSİTE ÖĞRENCİLERİN YESEVİLİĞE BAKIŞI

This study is a field study about the recognition of Yeseviyyat and maintaining it among the new generation born after Kazakhstan gained independence. The study population consists of the students of the Faculty of Pedagogy of Taras in the district of Southern Kazakhstan. it was conducted to determine the level of interest and knowledge of Yeseviyyat among the students of the Faculty of Pedagogy. The field sample consists of 82 undergraduate and 23 master students and includes 42 male and 63 female students. In the implementation, a questionnaire consisting of 19 questions was administered to the students without taking their genders into consideration. It was found that all the participants had knowledge about Yeseviyyat and the percentage of the students stating that they had received the first information about Yeseviyyat in the school, in the family, in their community or through reading themselves were determined to be 61.56%, 15.49%, 9.85% and 14.08% respectively. The percentage of the students stating that Divan-i Hikmet was written in Old Turkic, Arabic or Persian was found to be 61.97%, 25.35% and 9.85% respectively whereas 1.40% stated that they had no information about it. The percentage of the students stating that they had and had not read Divan-i Hikmet was found to be 52.12% and 47.88% respectively.

In recent years, 21st century can be regarded as ''communication age'' due to developments derived from studies based on information and communication issues. Undoubtedly, changes have been observed in both the individuals' daily life and their needs and the quality and quantity of provided services by public institutions with this age. These changes allow citizens transmit their demands directly to the relevant authority, particularly by reducing the bureaucracy with the development of Internet technology. However, at this point, there is a standardization problem in the form of presentation of these services that affect the efficient use of this service. Troubles derived from insufficient disclosure to the audiences can be faced. In this work, the implementations of e-municipal work of Aksaray Municipality will be examined, in the framework of the above-mentioned issues, the question of how more effective and efficient services can be investigated so that the problematic aspects of the services can be eliminated and will be made some suggestions. As methodology, previously conducted similar studies can be tried to apply ongoing problems in the sample of Aksaray province.

Lausanne negotiations started shortly after the Mudanya Armistice; as a result of the difficult negotiations, Turkey's independence, ie international presence, was registered with the Lausanne Peace Agreement. Today, the Lausanne Peace Treaty is being debated on various platforms by global forces and warts; The basic principles are wanted to be destroyed by means of changing and puncturing. In this study, it was tried to emphasize the importance of the various dimensions of the Lausanne Peace Treaty in view of the recent period and recent developments.
