Summary/Abstract: İn 2011, the Syrians are exposed to forced migration because of the under the Assad regime in uprisings and civil war.As a result, this forced migration Syrians, particularly Syria which borders to Turkey, Lebanon, Jordan, mainly in countries like, They are taking refuge in foreign countries fighting for survival that don’t know language and culture. Syrian asylum seekers who migrated in mass, they are faced with poverty and deprivation in the country; housing, economic, education, health and participation in working life under such titles as varied faced many challenges. The economic difficulties that are most important to these problems of Syrian asylum seekers have put them in a network of opportunism in the places where they are located and Syrian asylum seekers had to work as cheap labor in informal precarious works. In this study; Bursa and Sanliurfa living in our province, As a result of the interviews with the Syrian workers, the problems encountered by the asylum seekers in working life have been discussed.
