Introduction. The article investigates structural, functional, logistic, and content features of complex psychological and educational support for gifted children in the social and educational space of the Altai region. The purpose of the research is to identify the characteristic features of complex psychological and educational support for gifted children in the social and educational space in order to develop a regional management model. Materials and Methods. The study was conducted relying on the system-based, cultural and humanistic approaches and employed the following research methods: theoretical (analysis, comparison, generalization, and prediction); structural-functional, and structural-descriptive ones. Results. The authors identified the following key features of complex psychological and educational support for gifted children in social and educational space in order to develop an effective regional management model: 1) implementing the mechanisms of support, development, and guidance for gifted individuals should be one of the effectiveness criteria within a regional system of social support and welfare; 2) management of support and guidance should be prospective and prognostic, taking into account the specifics of the region and the peculiarities of mental, age, and individual development of gifted children and difficulties in their self-realization; 3) Implementation of international practices in the field of state, social, and legal support for gifted individuals through organizational and coordinating activities of leading regional higher educational institutions; 4) the nature of support should be multi-level, continuous, interdisciplinary, and subject-centered; 5) state support of teachers and psychological service of education are the main resources of complex support for gifted children in the region. Conclusions. The research results can be used in the fields of education, training, development, career-guidance of gifted children, and psychological and educational support for gifted children.

The study focuses on the interactions between men and women in work context. Instead of following the well-established research paths with political and prescriptive nature such as equal opportunities and glass ceiling, sexual harassment, or dealing with organizational romance, the present study focuses on the day-to-day interactions of the two sexes in the work process. We develop a questionnaire to diagnose these relations and describe the first steps of its standardization. The Questionnaire contains four scales: a) Formal Interactions among persons of the two sexes in the process of task execution; b) Hierarchical Interactions with persons of the same and the opposite sex in work context; c) Informal Interactions between colleagues of the two sexes; and d) Romance between colleagues. The results show good psychometric properties of the new instrument. Some limitations of the scales are discussed as well.

This article seeks to fill this gap by tracing the history of the formation of the concept of agency in various areas of the humanities in Russia and in the world. Particular attention is paid to the developed methods for measuring agency as the most effective tools to combat gender inequality and poverty feminization. The research of the agency level of both Russian women and men is highly recommended.

The paper outlines some of the challenges that PR experts are facing in their work in the so-called „Fake News Era”, dominated by misinformation and the need for verifying the facts published in social and traditional media. The main thesis of Gьnter Bentele’s theory of public trust is used to frame the basic idea about the lack of trust in the media in general. Some of his conclusions drawn in the 1990s, are similar to the results summarized today by two reports: Cision’s „State of the Media Report” (2017) and Edelman’s „Trust Barometer” (2017). The paper also presents a few case studies, related to the distribution of fake news that damage the prestige and the reputation of the affected companies (Pepsi Co, New Balance, Ferrero Croup). It poses the question about the extent to which we can talk about corporate communication management and strategies in the post-truth era and whether it would be more appropriate to include a Rumor Management strategy in the corporate communication strategy arsenal when a corporation needs to react to a piece of fake news in the post-truth era.

The purpose of the article is a theoretical analysis and generalization of features of the culture of scientific organization of labor and management as bases of automated way of life society. Methodology. Methodological basis of research is a rational principle of cognition, system, sociocultural, historical approaches, fundamental positions of theory and history of management culture. The scientific and interdisciplinary methods of research are used: analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, comparison, generalization, formalization. The scientific novelty of the got results consists of the exposure of features of the culture of scientific organization of labor and management as the base in the conditions of industrial society. Conclusions. European science and the Newtonian picture of the world is generated by her served basis of forming a culture of industrial management. American founders of scientific organization of labor and management of F. Taylor, H. Gantt, F., and L. Gilbreth, H. Emerson, H. Ford carried out considerable payment in becoming and development of the industrial culture of management. Being engineers, they carried the knowledge about the activity of technical mechanisms in the sphere of administration. Exactly professional education of founders of scientific management defined his specific. They considered that based on supervisions and measurings of processes of labors, using logic and analysis, it is possible considerably to perfect many workers of operation and to obtain their more effective implementation. The border of XIX–ХХ of item a management culture, based on engineerings calculations and experiments, appeared in the USA, which had considerable influence on the development of industrial society.

The results of the empiric study used as theoretical foundations and metacognitive substantiation of situational/metasituational professional thinking, which is the evaluation criterion of communicative situation solving, are presented. The comparison of the multilayered construction of professional thinking and the metacognitive approach has made it possible to reveal the specific features of metacognitive strategies according to the type of professional thinking. It has been demonstrated that the level of metacognitive activity influences the dynamics of transition from situational professional thinking to metasituational one, as well as the variations in interaction between the types. It has been proved that the acts of problem solving during the transition from situational to metasituational thinking are characterized by the orientation to self-development and creativity.

In particular, the likelihood that post-natal deprivation will generate the idea of a “stopped life” that is offset by the child’s personality, or life in the name and through the child. Relevance of the research topic. The modern business environment is characterized by a number of properties that determine the nature of the activities of business entities. The influence of all these characteristics is constant and prolonged in time, but the forecasting of the peculiarities of this influence remains rather complicated task for management, which determines the relevance of the essence of strategic changes research at the enterprise and the methodology for their planning and implementation. Formulation of the problem. The determination of the enterprise direction in the long term traditionally belongs to the sphere of strategic management. A high level of dynamics of the external and internal environment requires the development and implementation of a modern concept of strategic change. Despite the importance and urgency of solving this problem, the formation of a scientific school of strategic changes in domestic science has just begun, so determining the nature of strategic changes and the methodology for managing them requires further analysis and development. Analysis of recent research and publications. In the foreign methodology, the study of organizational changes and the specifics of implementing strategic changes have been carried out over the past 50 years, but in the domestic scientific space these studies began only in the 1990s. Such foreign scientists were engaged in research on the essence of strategic changes J. Balogun, M. Zundel, D. Gioia, S. Clark, L. Cummings, J. P. Cornelissen, S. Mantere, E. Romanelli, A. A. Sillince, M. Tushman, B. Stal, R. Holt, J. Thomas, K. Chittipeddi, H. Schildt, S. Floyd and others. Among the Ukrainian can be identified: D. Voronkov, A. Grone, I. Liganenko, V. Otenko, I. Topornikov. Selection of unexplored parts of the general problem. The concept of «strategic changes» in the enterprise and the complex of their properties need to be clarified according to the existing scientific results in the field of strategic management and change management, and based on foreign and domestic concepts of strategic changes. Setting the task, the purpose of the study. The task of the study is to generalize existing approaches to determining the essence of strategic changes, clarify the concepts of «strategy» and «change». The purpose of the study is to develop own definition of the concept of «strategic change». Method or methodology for conducting research. The combination of scientific research methods have been used in the article: analysis and synthesis, logical generalization and comparison, structuring. Presentation of the main material (results of work). The existing approaches to understanding «strategic changes» among domestic and foreign researchers have been generalized. The definition of the concept of «strategy» is given. The essence of the concept of «change» is specified. Own definition of the term «strategic changes» is presented. The field of application of results. The results of this research can be applied in the future scientific search for the formation of strategic changes modern concept that meets the requirements of domestic enterprises. Conclusions according to the article. Strategic changes for domestic enterprises include the development of a management methodology aimed at the proactive strategy formation, including the development of management models, principles, methods and appropriate provision. As a result of strategic changes, an enterprise should create a configuration of the organizational structure, technologies, processes, training procedures and professional development of personnel that in the future must ensure the effective functioning of the enterprise as a reaction to the requirements of the external environment and as a response to its risks.
