Investigation of the Factors That Cause Anxiety Disorders in Educators

Summary/Abstract: In this study, it is aimed to examine the factors that cause anxiety disorders in educators working in educational institutions in educational management practices and educational processes. Anxiety disorders are a condition that is often observed as a normal process in people and managers working in all institutions and organizations, as well as in educational administrators and teachers working in educational institutions. Educational institutions are one of the most important building blocks that determine the future of countries. The work and functioning of educational institutions, their quality, qualification and future perspective are determined by the performance, characteristics and personal knowledge, skills and equipment of educational administrators and educators. In terms of ensuring that educators start working, continue working and fulfill their duties with willingness and enthusiasm, reducing anxiety disorders to a minimum level, or even resetting them if possible, is an indispensable necessity for educational institutions.
