Polityka wielokulturowości w europejskiej przestrzeni edukacyjnej

Polityka wielokulturowości w europejskiej przestrzeni edukacyjnej

Author(s): Jerzy Zdański / Language(s): Polish Issue: 1/2011

This article relates to multiculturalism in the European educational area. The processes of globalization are equally unite and divide – as Zygmunt Bauman writes. Currently, the human individual must accept various changes and learn to live in a constantly changing world. Measures of globalization cause many questions. One of them is the question of education, teacher competencies required, the training and improvement. The teacher should be someone special, someone growing internally and as fast as the world around him. This article describes the problem of quality assurance and improvement in education of adults. The quality of adult education is a priority in the policy of member states of the European Union. The new challenges, including unprecedented demographic changes, immigration, the desire to fight social exclusion and humanistic interpretation of the human individual, become pro-quality search engine. In the educational policy of member states of the European Union preparation to the profession of teacher should lead to ensure that he was a man of multi-dimensional. It seems necessary to develop a new model of teacher education. We must recognize the uniqueness and diversity of educational situations. Teacher of the twenty-first century should be a professional developer and broad-minded, and also should be open to technical progress and use it in teaching. He must be prepared to cooperate with the educational systems of other countries, especially the European Union. Moreover, he must be passionate about, because the only teacher with a passion will be able to meet the expectations of civilizing the societies ofthe European Union: to resist the difficulties encountered by a professional. Teacher training is animportant part in shaping the educational policy of the European Union countries.

Обучението по история между големите реформи в българското образование 1948 – 2002 гoдина

Author(s): Veselina Uzunova / Language(s): Bulgarian Issue: 6/2023

History as a school subject has been present in the curricula ever since the establishment of the Bulgarian secular education, and over the years the study of history began to be given more and more importance in our educational system. Society‘s perceived need to acquire knowledge about the past is the only opportunity to better understand the present and anticipate the historical perspective. The radical changes that occurred in Bulgarian society in the second half of the 20th century led to the establishment of a completely new kind of educational system, built on the Soviet model as comprehensive and universally accessible, but at the same time politically burdened with the forcibly imposed new moral and ideological conjuncture. This process was most clearly visible in the arts, among which the discipline of History suffered particularly hard the long-term defeat of its ideologizing and outright falsification. The proposed research examines the political justification of the main historical concepts studied during the period of socialism, the development of the methodology of teaching history in schools between the reforms in 1948, 1959, 1968 and the follow-up of the situation after the end of the totalitarian regime in 1989 until the reform in 2002.

Наблюдения върху употребата на клишетата в българската и в румънската публична реч

Author(s): Vladislav Milanov / Language(s): Bulgarian Issue: 6/2023

The article examines the use of clichéd expressions in the political speech in Bulgaria and Romania. Basic theoretical concepts about the essence of the cliché as semantics and as a structure are analyzed. Linguists’ views on the differences and similarities between stamp, cliché and pattern are presented. On the basis of excerpted material from the public speech in the two Balkan countries, conclusions are drawn related to the use of the cliché in the political speech which is more specific than its use in other spheres of communication. In public political speech, the cliché develops some additional specifics, subject to the pragmatics of political communication. The discrepancy between the political speech expressed through clichés and the reality it names and creates is considered a particular problem. The article supports the idea that this is one of the reasons why the cliché has become a convenient speech strategy in political speech, because this is how correct grammatical constructions are created which, however, are often devoid of content power or convey the content of the statement unconvincingly and without stylistic coloring. It is also possible to hypothesize that all these features of the cliché make it a convenient communication strategy and part of the political jargon in both countries.

Категорията евиденциалност на българския глагол в обучението по български като чужд

Author(s): Krasimira Aleksova / Language(s): Bulgarian Issue: 6/2023

The main goal of the present work is to argue that in the teaching of Bulgarian as a foreign language, not only the indicative and the renarrative, but also the other two indirect evidentials – the conclusive and the dubitative – should be included. This is especially true for levels C1 and C2. In fulfillment of this goal, the meanings, forms and main uses of the four evidentials in the modern Bulgarian language are examined: indicative, conclusive, renarrative and dubitative. The expressed opinion is that the grammaticalization of evidentiality in the modern Bulgarian language is not a complete process due to two main reasons: the presence of three types of forms for the negative future tenses and the permeability of all composed evidential forms.

Study of the Key Factors Influencing the Effective Planning and Utilization of Production Facilities in the Industrial Enterprise

Author(s): Tanya Panayotova,Krasimira Dimitrova,Neli Veleva / Language(s): English Issue: 6s/2023

In the modern world, the development of technology, machinery and equipment follows a rapid upward trend of constant innovative solutions. The problem of efficient planning and utilization of production capacity is also evolving. The question of knowing the factors affecting the development of production, which acquire other dimensions, closely related to the optimization of processes and activities and more efficient use of the main means such as machines, equipment, information technologies, etc., is increasingly relevant. The relevance of this problem is also determined by the increased integration of production technologies and the search for ways to apply flexible organizational forms for more efficient use of the equipment’s capacity. The changes introduced in the era of Industry 4.0 are now irreversible, and the time has come for the transition to Industry 5.0. Behind Industry 5.0 are technologies representing a set of complex systems, and each of the categories can realize its potential only if it is combined with the others. Industry 5.0 can be seen as a new philosophy of business, according to which technology should work for the benefit of people and society. Business organizations must further adapt to exploit the capabilities of technology and combine them with those of people in order to develop effectively, sustainably and safely. New business models are needed, which require investing less funds and resources to obtain greater benefits. Industry 5.0 means optimizing human productivity and efficiency. Taking into account these new trends that are rapidly emerging in the global business environment, this research is aimed at developing a research model of the key factors affecting the effective planning and utilization of production facilities in the industrial enterprise, based on the results of a previous study. A model is proposed to investigate the relationship between identified key factors and capacity management based on interpretive structural modeling. Research of the Innovation Capacity of Agricultural Producers

Author(s): Siya Veleva,Margarita Mondeshka,Anka Tsvetanova / Language(s): English Issue: 6s/2023

Bulgarian agriculture lags behind global trends in innovation activity. This is largely due to the fact that it is carried out by predominantly small owners (farmers), who usually do not have a good opportunity to introduce innovations or they underestimate their importance. The results are reduced operational efficiency and problematic development sustainability.Given this, the purpose of this publication is to briefly present the results of a study of the innovation capacity of a sample of Bulgarian farmers, as a condition for the activation of innovations. Such research has not yet been done in our country. The studied sample is not representative of Bulgarian agriculture, but the obtained results are indicative of the innovative possibilities of agricultural producers. Based on them, various comparisons can be made and analyzes relevant to theory and business practice can be carried out.
