The specific study concerns the case of a student aged 13 years old who has been diagnosed with pervasive developmental disorder (Asperger syndrome) according to a medical report of the related Mental Health Centre. After the reference of the student to the related KE.D.D.Y (Centre of Differential Diagnosis, Diagnosis and Support) the student’s attendance to High school was suggested with parallel support in a common class with the support of special education teachers. The educational intervention between the special education’s teacher with the student with autism, who attended the first class of High school, is described in some philological subjects during the school duration. Due to ethical reasons, the student’s personal data are hidden, respectively they are not violated.

Socialization of children with special educational needs is a multidimensional process with variable dynamics and constantly changing environment, determined not only by objective circumstances but rather by the individual characteristics of the subjects of the socialization and education process. The article presents the results of a pilot study of teachers in order to identify their attitudes and readiness to be actively involved in the process of inclusive education. The main survey method is the survey. The developed survey explores both the theoretical orientation of the problem and the motivational attitudes and the practical readiness of the teachers as the main substructure of the inclusive environment to participate in the process. The purpose of the study is also related to the intention to identify existing deficits in the planning and organization of the inclusive process on the one hand and the additional qualification of pedagogical staff on the other.

Reflecting the Level of Social Adaptation in the Drawings of Children Aged 6 – 7

One of the main purposes of the preschool education is not only to educate the kids an ability to deal with day-to-day actions, and gaining knowledge, but also forming their main social competences. This research aims at using children’s’ drawings as a diagnostic tool to state the level of social adaptation of children aged 6 – 7. At this age they complete the stage of their preschool education, and the social skills that they gained are of crucial importance in their new school environment. For the aims of this research the following themes have been adapted: “Draw-a-Person test”, “Kinetic family drawing”, “House-Tree-Person test”. Using them are analyzed the thematic child drawings for diagnosing the kid’s attitude towards the social environment. Researching the drawings the following indicators have been used for analyzing and diagnosing: willingness to work on a certain theme, and the correspondence with the image with the theme, the size and place of the main figures, the level of saturation with details and colors, connection between the different objects included in the drawing. In the thematic drawings of the 6 – 7 year-olds we are looking for a decoded in a graphic way message for the level of social development of the child and its awareness of itself regarding its environment. Using the language of drawing the kid expresses its position as “The Self” in society and makes clear its position regarding its relationships with the people that surround it.

A contemporary challenge for Bulgarian teachers is the presentation of learning content related to the refugee flows and the formation of personal and social competences in the context of intercultural education, aiming at awareness of the importance of the topic of migration in individual, community, national and international context. The reflective approach seems to be extremely appropriate for understanding the importance of this type of knowledge in terms of global migration processes, not only by students but also by teachers who have a wealth of opportunities to inform children and develop attitudes towards the issue within class activity, hour of class, extracurricular and out-of-school activities.

The Current State, Problems and Prospects of Master’s Degree Programs in Speech-Language Pathology in Russia

The article discusses the current state, problems and prospects of Master’s degree programs in speech-language pathology in Russia. Authors carry out a theoretical overview and comparative analysis of the literature on Master training programs of logopedics or speech-language therapists and define two large groups of programs available in Russian universities, depending on their orientation towards training a speech-language therapist graduate. Particular attention is given to the problems stated in the names of the training programs and how this reflects various aspects that determine the functioning of the speech-language pathology system in the Russian Federation. The article also provides a brief historical background on the training of speech-language therapists and gives an outline of the current state and prospects of Master training in speech-language pathology at the Moscow Pedagogical State University.

The aim of the study is to establish and assess the availability of school wellness in primary education by applying objective and reliable tools for its assessment and / or comparison. The subjects of the analysis are the indicators that allow harmonization and individualization of the differences in motor qualities between experimental and control groups of children, determining the presence of school Wellness in Bulgaria. Object: systematization and analysis of measured specific indicators through objective and reliable tools. In the period from September 1, 2019 to January 31, 2020, a measurement of the speed potential of children from primary education was conducted. To deduce the relationship between the indicators of motor potential in students in the initial educational stage, a method of variation and correlation was applied for analysis of the dynamics.

Дигиталната интеракция преподавател – студент в онлайн обучението в медицинските университети

Medical education marks a considerable stage in its development, significantly affected by the global Covid-19 pandemic. The introduction of e-learning added new dimensions to the traditional educational process. The aim of the study is to investigate the effectiveness of digital teacher-student interaction during e-learning. A cross-sectional online survey was conducted among 249 university lecturers from two medical universities. The obtained results outlined the shortcomings of online learning, such as the weakening of the teacher-student relationship, the presence of passive participation and weaker responsibility on the part of students in the conducted classes. Positive attitude towards e-learning was shared mainly by lecturers holding higher academic positions, such as 'associate professor' and 'professor', as well as those working in the theoretical educational units, compared to the pre-clinical and clinical departments. Effective interaction between teachers and students is an essential aspect of the quality of the educational process and remains a topical issue in the context of continuing distance learning in medical universities.

Педагогическото взаимодействие родители – деца – учители – основа за пълноценно развитие на детската личност в предучилищна възраст

The article deals with the pedagogical interaction parents – children – teachers as a basis for the full development of children's personality in preschool age. The key to successful kindergarten-family cooperation is positivity in the teacher-child-parent relationship. Teamwork is the key to a successful partnership, so that the child can become a responsible person striving for intellectual, emotional and social development. In this context, emphasis is placed on the use of complementary forms of pedagogical interaction, innovative forms and methods, teacher-parent collaboration. Educators use their ideas, knowledge and professional experience and thus achieve a successful cooperation and efficiency in communication and joint work with parents. Involving parents in the activities of the group stimulates children to be more confident and to develop their creative potential.

Project-based learning centers education around the student's personality. It relies on the cognitive activity, creative imagination, creativity and team thinking of students, guided by teachers who are in the position of motivators and facilitators. The article presents a model for project-based learning, which makes interdisciplinary links between general and vocational education, combines elements of formal and non-formal education, active and interactive learning and involves students in a real learning community. The educational project “Enchanté de faire votre connaissance, Monsieur Onéguine” provided an opportunity to enrich the educational environment, outsource learning, new roles for teachers and students, pedagogical innovation, improving students' professional competencies and building an attitude to learning in whole life.

Online school in the pre-university educational system of Romania:

The health crisis caused by the SARS-Cov-2 virus has severely affected the pre-university education system in Romania. In an attempt to resolve this situation, it was decided to move education from the form of learning through physical presence in the classroom to the form of online learning. How effective this way oflearning has been, as well as the possibility of it being a long-term option, is a task that most researchers in this field must carry out. Therefore, in this paper we consider that a critical analysis of the situation of online preuniversity education in Romania is necessary, an analysis that involves highlighting the benefits and disadvantagesthat it entails. The paper is part of educational research studies, being of particular need, given that online education is a current challenge and there are few studies in this field. The study, based on practical observations, provides suggestions for improving the pre-university education system in Romania.

Models of good practice in implementing voluteer activities by non-formal education

In many countries in the European Union, but also outside it, volunteering is one of the most important activities, being practiced by a growing number of people. The motivation to get involved in volunteer activities is extremely diverse and includes arguments related to the need to know other people, to gain experience in a certain field, to solve a problem facing the community or even the person concerned, to spend their free time in a useful, pleasant and even fun way, etc. Unfortunately, in Romania the subject of volunteering is quite little addressed, and a relatively small number of people are really involved in this phenomenon. The explanations could come, on the one hand, from the communist history of the country, in which volunteering was associated with"patriotic work", and this with the obligatory debt to the ruling party, and on the other hand, from the current modest economic situation of Romania, the preoccupation of many people being oriented towards the activities that bring financial income and less towards the charitable acts. However, generational exchange could bring young people to understand that money is important, but not an end in itself, and voluntary involvement in an activity can bring much more consistent benefits in the medium and long term. Therefore, in this study, we will analyze some of the most important volunteer activities through which students and their teachers can get involved in the development of the communities in which they live.

Curriculum proposal at the school's decisions

There are two meanings for curriculum term: curriculum designates the very content of education, in a narrow sense; curriculum refers to the interdependencies between objectives – contents – teaching / learning strategies – evaluation, in a broad sense. The concept of ,,curriculum” can be defined and analyzed through its multidimensional approach, respectively through three perspectives: from a functional point of view: the curriculum indicates educational goals to be achieved, and through them, orients, organizes and leads the training and learning process; from a structural-functional point of view: the curriculum includes, as basic, fundamental components: educational purposes, instructive-educational contents, teaching and learning strategies, evaluation strategies, training time; from the point of view of the product: the curriculum is objectified in curricula, school curricula, school text books, in documents and curricular auxiliaries, in materials etc. The paper presents a curriculum model at the school's decision, with a transdisciplinary approach.

The role of educator in promoting a school institution

Drawing by threads, an creative non-formal method

The possibilities for connecting the teachers to their students, in order to pass on the knowledges efficiently, are many. One of them is „drawing by threads”. It is very applicable method, because for use it, there is no neccesary neither profund art knowledge, neither substantial expenses, only the passion for working with children. The students, by using threads glued on paper, can tell real stories, that come to life in their hands. It gives them contentment and reasons for being proud, due to the originality of the technique.

General technological competency and usage in public administration education:

According to the UN’s E-Government Development Index (EGDI 2020), which distinguishes between rating classes V1/V2/V3, it is part of Rating Class V3. When it comes to the digital maturity of Germany’s public administration the weaknesses have become blatantly obvious during the pandemic. Civil servants’ digital skills are one of the core prerequisites for digitalization in the public sector. Therefore, these skills need to play a key role in public administration education to prepare future civil servants for e-government. Since the first step towards digital skills is general technological competency, we are studying the level of general technological competency among public administration students. Whereas other studies focus on the information technology gap in public administration or on pedagogical aspects of technological skills, our study evaluates public administration students´general technological competency and usage. To do so we reflect different evaluation models and base our survey upon the EILAB´s digital competency profiler (DCP) measuring digital readiness of individuals and groups. The case studied is a Public Administration University of Applied Sciences. The survey results show that e-learning (home studies) phases during the COVID-19 pandemic have contributed little to students´ technological competency and usage. On the contrary, competency and usage during on-the-job training phases in public organizations clearly differ to the off-the-job training phases at the University. Hence, the findings reveal a general technological competency and usage gap between the public administration education and the duties in public administration. Finally, the implications of general technological competency and usage in public administration education are presented and critically reflection based on the chosen EILAB model.

Language Transfer and Problems of Teaching Bulgarian for Slav Students

The text presents the problems of studying Bulgarian as a second language by Slavs with an emphasis on the specifics of foreign language teaching in a Slavic environment. The study presents a theoretical view of the language contacts, transfer and interference in the context of second language acquisition. We pay special attention to the issues of mutual linguistic influences and the genetic closeness between languages ​​through the prism of their acquisition. The influence of the first language on the acquisition and later on the use of the second language can be positive, negative and even zero influence. The positive influence is manifested in the fact that the practical and theoretical knowledge of the first language, language habits and skills support the process of learning a new language and its use as a tool for communication. The positive transfer can be specified according to various criteria: e.g. can be divided into conscious and spontaneous, direct and transformed, etc. Negative influence is manifested at all language levels through the so-called negative transfer or interference – these are the errors that occur due to the influence of the first language on the second and which bear the signs of the first language. We also present opposite views that the linguistic transfer on the one hand can greatly facilitate the acquisition of a second Slavic language, but also the view that closeness between languages ​​can lead to excessive linguistic interference.

Речевое развитие подростков 10 – 12 лет и использование электронных устройств

In the context of general intensification and use of ES, the risks of their negative impact on the cognitive and speech development of adolescents increase. It is shown that adolescents 10-12 years old have an unformed basic / basic speech functions, which can manifest themselves in different ways in different types of speech and intellectual activity. The mistakes made by students indicate a lack of ability to build complex syntactic structures and use words that do not carry the main informative load. The results indicate that the limitation of the total time of using the EI from 30 min. up to 1.5-2 hours a day does not have a negative effect on the formation of general vocabulary and executive functions, while the child's failure to comply with the family's time limits for using electronic devices outside of school affects the development of cognitive functions in general. The use of EI by parents for more than 2 hours a day can have a negative impact on the formation of the main structural components of speech and cognitive activity. Reading books and a child's hobbies in their free time can have a positive impact on the formation of a holistic, multi-level speech activity.
