In this article the author presents a theoretical reflection of school culture. The first part of the article deals with some historical and methodological issues of the term "culture" from sociology, anthropology and psychology point of view. The second part of the text analyses the concept of school culture from the perspective of its functions, typologies and models. its instability and change are also presented here. At the end the author mentions some researches which deal with school culture and also points out the need to study it more thoroughly from theoretical and practical perspective.

The study is focused on social adaptation of pupils traveling from small towns and villages in Blagoevgrad region to study at schools in Blagoevgrad. The social adaptation is considered in two aspects: in personal aspect and in school aspect. The hypothesis of how sociocultural conditions influence each of the two aspects of the study is being checked. Empirical information is obtained by self-assessment survey of 51 pupils traveling to schools in Blagoevgrad. The results show absence of specific adaptation difficulties of the traveling pupils. The high Grade Point Average (GPA) of the traveling pupils fosters their social integration in the new school. It can be said that girls are more adaptable. Also, there are elements of the “effect of pupils’ assessment of teachers” concerning the objectivity and fairness of the latter in the assessment of the pupils` learning achievements.

On the basis of theoretical analysis the achievements of psychology and pedagogy were synthesized in order to reveal the nature, classification and roles of emotions in education. Anxiety was studied as part of the system of emotions and attention was drawn on its impact on learning and success in introverted and extroverted students. With the aid of content analysis, observations and personal experience opportunities were sought to overcome high anxiety and create a comfortable classroom. Attention was drawn to personal, situational and social anxiety and the factors causing them. Conclusions were made about the need to change the emphasis in education, taking into account the importance of emotional intelligence to improve the quality of teaching and to preparing students for the challenges of life in the risk society.

On December 2, 1999 the Social Security Code (promulgated in State Gazette No. 110 of 17 December 1999), which entered into force on 1 January 2000, was adopted. This led to the beginning of the codification of the Bulgarian social security law . Beekeeping is one of the agricultural sub-sectors where new technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT) can be adapted and implemented successfully. Integrating data from different methods and technologies into beekeeping will improve beekeepers' knowledge of the behavior of individual bee colonies and help anticipate future events. The purpose of this article is to present a beehive monitoring system and the methods used to analyze and process collected data.

The present study examines the attitudes of biology students from the Bachelor's degree programme at the Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" when using Moodle in their course in histology and embryology. Second year students majoring in Biology were studied by questionnaires and narrative interview divided into two types of teaching: the first group of students (with two sub-groups of full-time and part-time students), which in addition to the traditional training in histology also undergo an electronic course in the Moodle platform and the second group students (full-time and part-time students), which are trained in the traditional way. Students in both forms of learning find the Moodle educational environment suitable for histology training. Attitudes to using e-learning among extramural students are higher than those of regular students.

The aim is to study all BTC market assessments. These are related to the privatization and subsequent resale of BTC. An analytical approach was used to evaluate the Cost / EBITDA and Price / Income metrics. A method is used to compare BTC's performance against the privatization of telecom operators in other countries and against previous estimates of BTC's ownership change. The study began with the first estimate of the failed privatization of BTC in 1994. It was carried out by Deutsche Morgan Grenfell by benchmarking the prices of the privatization of SPT Telecom in the Czech Republic and Matav in Hungary. The market valuation follows the failed privatization of a consortium between the Dutch KPN and the Greek OTE. The privatization of 65% of Viva Ventures Holding has been examined in detail, the capital increase and the link between privatization and the dividends are presented, as well as the valuation of the privatization deals of other telecoms. 35% of the shares of BTC on the stock exchange, followed by three sales of different investors, a special place dedicated to the last sale - offers, debt restructuring and the last deal in 2012 by Viva Telecom Bulgaria The results obtained are the different market assessments presented by the Price / Revenue and Price / EBITDA coefficients, and are based on: the demand for similar telecoms in the relevant periods, the market environment and the degree of regulation, the financial situation, market capitalization and prospects, the sources and conditions for securing the funds for the privatization and the subsequent acquisitions.

The development of computer systems and software architectures is directly related to the rise of the hacker culture, the subsequent revolution in the software industry, the GNU Project and Linux. These underlying modern concepts of free software contribute to the development of open source software products which are the bases of most modern commercial applications, Web systems, cloud infrastructure. In actual practice, the latest smart devices such as TV sets, electrical home appliances, and smart phones (running Android OS) incorporate in full or in part components with open source and Linux operating system etc. The article analyzes the stages of the emergence of hacker culture from the point of view of the emerging open source business. Purpose: The development of public TV stations most clearly reveals that in Europe the state tends to withdraw from a lot of its duties and concede them to society. How does that actually happen in post communist countries? Results: The main problems are the lack of political culture, political will for liberalization of the electronic media and desire for honest public debate. Contributions: We can say that for the political fairness of public electronic media, we need honesty and responsibility from each and every journalist. The key problem is whether the political and social situation allows such discourse in electronic media, which is crucial for democracy itself.
