Wprowadzono jednak komunikacyjny tranzyt. „Aryjskie” tramwaje przejeżdżały przez żydowską część miasta pod eskortą polskiej policji (granatowej), bez zatrzymywania. Trwało to do jesieni 1941, kiedy okupacyjne władze miasta zrezygnowały z takich tranzytowych rozwiązań.

Gorąco dziękujemy Arcybiskupowi Metropolicie Lubelskiemu Józefowi Życińskiemu za uhonorowanie „Karty” statuetką Świętych Cyryla i Metodego, podczas wrześniowego Kongresu Kultury Chrześcijańskiej. Obok fragmentu dyplomu, przedstawiamy część listu, w którym Jego Eminencja zawiadamia nas o Nagrodzie.

Podczas spotkań Zygmunt Walkowski przedstawia fascynującą historię odkrycia tego wyjątkowego zbioru, analizuje zdjęcia i opowiada o wojennych losach Polski i stolicy.

The mentioned terms, apart from their slighter differences, could be interpreted аѕ an only content - the mutual living ofthe individual, the family, the local community, all the widest entities of the mankind in both their forms - internal and external. In an ideal system, the differences among the subjects of the coexistence from confessional, spiritual, national, social and sexual point of view should be infinitensimal. The experiences from the local jugo-area showed that the concepts of brother hood and unity have functioned only partly and in the highest spots of the nomenclature thanks to the party discipline of the central committee. After the accomplishment of the independence of the Macedonia, the terms co-habitance and co-existence in our micro ѕрасе, filled with multinational and multicultural entities in and out of state frontiers, are fatal for its existence. Intellectuals have а specially significant part in this field.

Relations among the nationalities represent а large social problem of present time. The nation, the appertainance to а nation, the national consciousness and sense of national attachment, remarkably define the attitude of the individual, the group and the social classes. The statements about the nationalism as the most powerful political force of the contemporary world are no longer considered an exaggeration. In this sense the author explains and defines the terms and the relations between the nation and national state, the ethnos and the ethnical community, the national minorities... The forms and kinds of national bounding are the medial factor defining the relations towards the other nations and, as ones, they complete the constitution of the national consciousness in most general terms.

The article assesses the main recent sociological theories of the ethnic political mobilization, to sum up the effects of their results on the re-conceptualization of ethnic solidarity and its relations with the modernization processes. On the base of the conceptual analysis, author concludes that, although they remain still in the framework of the modernization paradigm, the most prominent theories and research models of ethnicpolitical mobilization have contributed toward the redefinition of ethnic solidarity. ln comparison with the theories developed in the framework of melting-pot modernization approach such is, for example, "the strain theory", the theories based on the conceptual apparatuses of the conflictual modernization approach such is, for example, "the ethnic reactive theory" do not define the ethnic solidarity аѕ “primordial" and communal identity, but аѕ developmental, i.e. modern, postmodern and interest-based identity which is continually (re)created by the conflictive attributes of the modernization processes.

This еѕѕау'ѕ task is to define the position of the women after the fall of the Yugoslav Federation, based on the ideological monism in the spheres where their position was implemented in the system's elementary principles. With the fall of the Federation, the war and the uncertainty in the former Yugoslavian republics, the position of the women in the society as а mother, а social and cultural worker, has been seriously imperiled. This work is mainly concentrated on the women's position in the Republic of Macedonia. The author underlines the delicate position conditioned by the confessional, national and social differences such аѕ the different levels of development and social consciousness. Warning of the tragic consequences and degradations of the terror and abuse of the women in some of the other republics, the author concludes that there is а necessity of а thoughtful, historically intoned and decisive treatment of the position of the women in the Republic of Macedonia.

The position as well as the role of public administration within the global political sistem is one of the crucial issues in the Macedonian society of transition. The relevance of the new status of public administration has two major levels: first, for the science of Administrative Law, and, second - which is even more important - for the practical functioning of the political system itself. Thus, the new concept of public administation in Macedonia will have great impact upon the exercising and protecting the constitutionally guaranteed human rights and liberties within this region.

The analysis of the legal relation: legal person- state is а necessity for understanding the essence of the citizenship, with an aim to discover, to fortify and to regulate the basic elements of that relation due to its developement in civilized ways. Depending оn the kind of the state the citizenship can be established between а legal реrѕоп and an unitary state or а legal person and а complex state. In federative state there is а citizenship on а federal level and а citizenship on а fevel of each of the federation members, one of which is primary. The SFRJ citizenship cosisted of two parts-federal and republical. But, mainly, the SFRJ citizenship was а single one expressing the sovereignty of the federation. After the SFRJ falling apart, one of the concequences is the problem of the citizenship of large groups of people inhabiting the new composed sovereign state. The Republic of Macedonia faces that problem аѕ well. What way the legal continuity in Macedonia is to be regulated - that is the topic of this work.

With respect to the fact that man is born equal-though with certain inborп characteristics and that, such аѕ he is, he is а bearer of "the complete civil equality, no matter the ѕех, the race, the colour of the skin, the national origin" (The Constitution of the Republic ofMacedonia), it is assumed that ideaded fundamentalism аѕ an expression of chauvinism and exspulsion, is an antipode and destroyer of national consensus, that is deeply undemocratic. "Confessional moment, though not always indigenous, is а powerful and exhausted lever for fractionism and separatism, though its ethical credibility is pointless, if, instead of explicit prohibition, doctrinally and programmely it intercedes behalf of separatism and intolerance-up to the invitation for aggression and Holy War. Аѕ а purpose or consequence of political organizing and acting in democratically organized community, this kind of fundamentalism is notoriously anti-state and illegal, with all its legal consequences of the act. In the first place, it is а moral and constitutional obligation to all the people's authorities-lawful, executional and legal, not only and facultatively to certain political parties-to prevent and sanction this fundamentalism in political life without any risk this acting to be performed by their own positions.

The rural агеаѕ in Macedonia have experienced tremendous changes for the last 45 years: the volume of the agricultural and rural population has rapidly decreased in relation to the whole population, the number of the households with real estates has been increased, but the average size of the latter ones has been decreased etc. The quantitative changes reflected not only to the volume of rural population, but to its structure and the way of reproduction too. The decline of the agricultural population rate of natality, the massive employment of young in the nonagricultural activities and the migration toward the urban centers makes the number of relatively old people increase, i.e. makes the village get old. The old village population becomes а serious economic and social problem. The essence of the problem is in the inability for аmodern technical agricultural exploitation of the land, all in а strictly economic purpose. The effects of this are poor incomes concequencing social problems.

Brief, but inspiring speech on the fall of communism that surprised the world - that is the essence of the scientific work of Jeane Kirkpatrick. Though even the shallow analysis shows the coercive construction of the socialist community, the author seeks an element more to prove the endurance of the traditional societies and values in comparison to the imposed communist regulations and relations. The second half of the scientific work tries to mark the nearest perspective of the new democracies end the possibility of their fast integration with the developed world. Finally, even the short debate onthe new role of the United States is not forgotten-penetrating into the phase of isolation or overtaking new functions in the world community." I think we can ѕау that the communism is dead" – Kirkpatrick draws а conclusion, giving а special role to the United States.
