Summary/Abstract: With respect to the fact that man is born equal-though with certain inborп characteristics and that, such аѕ he is, he is а bearer of "the complete civil equality, no matter the ѕех, the race, the colour of the skin, the national origin" (The Constitution of the Republic ofMacedonia), it is assumed that ideaded fundamentalism аѕ an expression of chauvinism and exspulsion, is an antipode and destroyer of national consensus, that is deeply undemocratic. "Confessional moment, though not always indigenous, is а powerful and exhausted lever for fractionism and separatism, though its ethical credibility is pointless, if, instead of explicit prohibition, doctrinally and programmely it intercedes behalf of separatism and intolerance-up to the invitation for aggression and Holy War. Аѕ а purpose or consequence of political organizing and acting in democratically organized community, this kind of fundamentalism is notoriously anti-state and illegal, with all its legal consequences of the act. In the first place, it is а moral and constitutional obligation to all the people's authorities-lawful, executional and legal, not only and facultatively to certain political parties-to prevent and sanction this fundamentalism in political life without any risk this acting to be performed by their own positions.
