ТНЕ WOMEN AND ТНЕ WAR

Summary/Abstract: This еѕѕау'ѕ task is to define the position of the women after the fall of the Yugoslav Federation, based on the ideological monism in the spheres where their position was implemented in the system's elementary principles. With the fall of the Federation, the war and the uncertainty in the former Yugoslavian republics, the position of the women in the society as а mother, а social and cultural worker, has been seriously imperiled. This work is mainly concentrated on the women's position in the Republic of Macedonia. The author underlines the delicate position conditioned by the confessional, national and social differences such аѕ the different levels of development and social consciousness. Warning of the tragic consequences and degradations of the terror and abuse of the women in some of the other republics, the author concludes that there is а necessity of а thoughtful, historically intoned and decisive treatment of the position of the women in the Republic of Macedonia.
