Women and men entering the 2014 presidential arena. Running a campaign on social media explores how the usage of social media in the electoral campaign supports or resists representation of conventional stereotypes of femininity/masculinity and politics (such as the public man/private woman) whether women and men candidates have addressed substantive representation of women and tried to mobilize the support of women voters through specific targeted messages. Even if at the beginning of the research my intention was to focus exclusively on women entering the arena, I chose to expand the focus and address the two most preeminent men engaging in the campaign. I explain the reasons and advantages of such an approach in the research section.

It is almost inexplicable that huge capital of influence in the case of the Parisian critics of Radio Free Europe, knowing that writers in exile not separated from their mother tongue, and which does not forge a new literary career from the very ground, are lost in the condition of obscure exile, without any influence upon their native literature, as happened with most of them, exile literature meaning not more than a province of the national literature. The authority and influence of Monica Lovinescu and Virgil Ierunca represent the turning point that will influence not only literary criticism during communism, but, decisively, the evolution of the cultural policies after the collapse of the regime, in December 1989.

In the comparative law, in the case of the co-operation of several persons for the commission of a crime, several systems are established, where other categories of participants appear next to the author. A first category of legislation recognizes only the existence of the author and the accomplice, others provide for the participation in the form of the author, the accomplice and the instigator, and the last category stipulates four categories of participants. For all of this, it is important to distinguish between categories and to analyze which are the specific papers for each one, for their correct classification. It is also important to note that, while in a country's law, complicity has a definition, it may have the meaning of instigation in the law of another.

In this research, I included four Romanian companies that construct/adapt and sell psychological assessment instruments: Testcentral, Cognitrom, RTS Romanian Psychological Testing Services and Psiho Proiect. On February 2018,these were commercializing 179 psychological assessment instruments.I have been following every company’s site, in order to find the available information regarding the psychological assessment instruments. I noticed the following shortcomings:• The available information categories and the places where these were organized differ not only between companies, but also from one instrument to another.• In the case of many of these psychological assessment instruments, there is no specification as to the age category of the population for which the instrument is adequate.• Certain psychological assessment instruments show inconsistency in the presented information.• Due to incomplete information, sometimes it is hard to find out if two psychological assessment instruments that have similar names measure the same construct.
