Summary/Abstract: With this manual, we explain what it really looks like in practice in Bosnia and Herzegovina when a foreigner expresses fear of returning to his country of origin, that is, expresses his intention to seek asylum in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and what is the practice of administrative authorities and judicial authorities in Bosnia and Herzegovina when in regarding the area of asylum in Bosnia and Herzegovina, but also what are the positions of international bodies regarding individual cases from Bosnia and Herzegovina that concern the area of asylum.
