Summary/Abstract: Father Arsenie Papacioc, through his teachings, offers everyone a therapeutic spiritual vision, deeply rooted in Orthodox spirituality and dynamically updated in relation to the context of today’s world. These teachings reflect a rich experience, based on personal living rather than theoretical reflections. The central element of his teachings, in regards to the spiritual edification of man, is the state of continuous presence, through which direct and personal communion with God is achieved, without which the spiritual life lacks identity. The spiritual strategy and vigilance are the main coordinates upon which the connection between spoken word and practical life can be restored. In fact, the necessary response to spiritual and emotional challenges, which have direct consequences on the human body, specific to the present times, is the rediscovery of the pastristic way of living and thinking, as conveyed by the Saints of the past and present, in the Church of our Saviour, Jesus Christ.
