Summary/Abstract: Undoubtedly, providing loans to non-financial enterprises and households is one of the main activities of commercial banks in our country. It brings them the biggest income from interest fees and commissions. The digitization of banking activity, quite naturally, cannot pass credit. The report examines precisely the process of digitization of banks‘ credit activities, as an important prerequisite for customer satisfaction.
