Only those firms that provide the most comprehensive coverage of consumer demands and use innovative management methods survive, while the uncompetitive are driven out of the market. In order to obtain complete information about their business, the industry and market conditions, prosperous firms use competitive intelligence in their management. Its implementation by organizations leads to organizational stability, greater competitiveness and sustainable development of their business.
