Summary/Abstract: Poverty is the most serious social problem globally and nationally because it affects both individuals and society as a whole. As a social phenomenon, it is inherent to varying degrees in both developed and developing countries. Poverty and social exclusion affect all areas of social life and threaten the social, economic, educational, health, demographic and political stability of a country. Only with the joint efforts of the entire state, institutions and society can the fight against poverty yield satisfactory results.
