Summary/Abstract: There is considerable diversity in the reasons for the behavior of users of freight transport services, which often in crisis conditions is not subject to the principles of optimization of transport costs. Therefore, the study of consumer preferences in the search for freight transportation services in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic is of utmost importance. The main objective of the study is to evaluate consumer preferences in the search for freight transport services and the indicators of the quality of freight transport services affecting the choice of a carrier in the context of the crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
