- Summary/Abstract:Narratives and the behaviours they support play a key role in shaping the workplace climate. The positive effects — for example, building team cohesion through leadership narratives — increase employee morale and performance, while the negative effects — for example, caused by ineffective leadership communication — decrease loyalty and work performance. The purpose of this article is to examine the impact of narratives, leadership communication, and communities of practice (CoPs) on organisational climate. The importance of CoPs is highlighted: these formal or informal communities are a breeding ground for organisational innovation and positive behaviours. Trust as a key factor is also examined, as it is particularly important in vertical and horizontal communication. The article applies the PRISMA methodology and the PEO framework to conduct a systematic literature review in the Scopus database to collect data and present the currently available knowledge in the field.

- Summary/Abstract:After the end of the massive lockdowns around the world, the WFH (work from home) model persisted in many areas, especially in creative industries. In the course of time, it became effectively known as WFA (work from anywhere) since so-called digital nomads (people working from distant places not being their homes) became usual. Hybrid work practice has become a new norm. But, recently, some companies issued RTO (return to office) orders, practically banning WFA practice or hybrid work (several days in the office, several days out of office). This quickly became a new battlefield in which the middle management felt threatened, since they are not only losing control over employees, but the whole WFA system renders them unnecessary. Also, expensive office space became largely unused, causing losses. Some scholars suggest that the AI threatens the WFA model since the use of it requires close synchronous cooperation between the team members, increasingly hard to obtain in the WFA (asynchronous) model. On the other hand, other scholars suggest that in no way a company can afford high profile team members if they are obliged to live in the same city so WFA is more favourable. Finally, the employees in the newest researches showed that they value most the benefits like flexibility, trust in their work discipline, less pressure and control, 4-days’ working week, and not being treated as irresponsible. This paper discusses the future of flexible working model.

- Summary/Abstract:For professionals to effectively prepare for the challenges ahead, it is essential to understand how Artificial Intelligence is changing various professions. The study supports that, despite the value of technical skills, such as proficiency in digital tools and the ability to analyse data, interpersonal skills, such as flexibility, critical thinking, and teamwork, also play a key role in the transformation that is taking place. The article emphasises the importance of continuous training and the development of a flexible and innovative professional profile, capable of adapting quickly to change. By outlining these competences, the study aims to guide professionals and companies to prepare for the demands of a scenario in which AI redefines professional processes, functions, and careers. The main aim of this article is to investigate how Artificial Intelligence (AI) is significantly changing the dynamics of professions in various sectors and to examine the skills needed for professionals to thrive in a labour market increasingly affected by AI. The research contributes with a systematic review of the literature to identify the competences and capabilities related to the adoption of Artificial Intelligence. To this end, the study resorted to Scopus data, enabling an exploratory analysis of the concepts relevant to this theme, using the terms ‘skills’ and ‘digital age’, which resulted in the identification of 799 publications. The study aims to answer the following research questions: (i) What interpersonal skills and abilities are best suited to professionals seeking to adapt to AI implementations? (ii) What strategies are companies using in the process of retraining and updating skills to keep their workforce competitive in the AI age? The impact and relevance of the topic under investigation can be extended through research, with the rapid proliferation of the implementation of Artificial Intelligence and advances in virtual world technologies and platforms.

- Summary/Abstract:Strategic organizational change initiatives, such as the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, are pivotal tools of success in modern business environments. However, informal communication dynamics within organizations, particularly rumor or grapevine, can significantly influence the perception of project success. This study explores the relationship between organizational rumor and ERP project success, focusing on dimensions such as system quality, information quality, and stakeholder satisfaction. The study utilizes a case study approach within a large aviation company, where data was collected from the project team members via a structured survey. The survey is designed as a tool to help examine how different classifications of rumors impact ERP success factors. Statistical methods, including factor analysis and regression, were used to analyze the relationship between rumor dimensions and perceived project outcomes. Findings indicate that while the overall influence of rumors on ERP project success is limited, certain rumor dimensions, such as those related to organizational performance, exhibit a measurable impact. Hypothesis testing and results highlight the minimal role of rumors in determining ERP success compared to other organizational and managerial factors. This research contributes to further understanding of the role informal communication plays during strategic organizational changes. While addressing this, it provides valuable insights for managers and project teams to enhance communication strategies during ERP implementations.

- Summary/Abstract:Digitalization has empowered companies to enhance their customer relationship management strategy through the use of big data analytics. By collecting and storing huge amounts of customer data in databases, companies can develop more detailed customer profiles and predict their behavior, which ultimately can lead to increased customer satisfaction and higher customer retention rates. This paper provides an overview of existing literature collected from Web of Science Platform and Scopus database, to establish a theoretical framework that examines the connection between big data analytics and customer relationship management. The conducted research indicates that companies use big data analytics to enhance user experience by designing and implementing personalized marketing activities for their “most valuable” customers. However, the existing literature also highlights challenges in implementing big data into customer relationship management strategy, including issues with data storage, data quality, and implementation costs. Therefore, this paper provides valuable insight into both the potential benefits and the obstacles that may arise when both concepts are coherent.

- Keywords:Hydrogen vehicles; Consumer attitude; Adoption intention
- Summary/Abstract:Hydrogen-powered vehicles are playing an increasing role in sustainable mobility technologies. Still, their acceptance depends, to a large extent, on society’s environmental attitudes, in addition to infrastructure development. This research investigates how consumers’ environmental attitudes and openness to innovation influence the adoption of hydrogen vehicles and purchase intentions. The research method is a questionnaire survey using validated scales. A total of 1330 respondents participated in the research. The analysis examines consumer attitudes toward the most promising technological innovation in the automotive industry. It also explores how individual responsibility and environmental activism influence the openness to hydrogen vehicles. The results of the analysis show that positive attitudes towards innovation were significantly related to all environmental variables, while financial sacrifice showed a significantly weaker relationship. The results support the theory that openness to innovation may be a stronger predictor of adopting sustainable technologies than environmental awareness.

- Summary/Abstract:Due to the growing industry surrounding influencer marketing, an increasing number of studies are analyzing the characteristics of social media influencers and their persuasive power as criteria for selecting them in brand campaigns. Recent studies show an increasing interest in examining how followers perceive the content generated by influencers to assess its role as a source of value. Using the dual intra/inter-variable approach to perceived value, this study demonstrates that the content posted by influencers contributes to generating engagement with influencers through the creation of different types of value, specifically informative value, message credibility, and enter¬tainment value. Interestingly, aesthetic value does not significantly impact engagement. The findings also reveal that engagement predicts loyalty toward the influencer, electronic word-of-mouth intention, and purchase intention for recommended brands. These results suggest that companies should prioritize collaborating with influencers who consistently create content that resonates with their audiences by providing specific types of value.

- Summary/Abstract:Modern consumers are more likely to make additional effort when gathering relevant information and evaluating alternatives during their decision-making process. An information source mostly used and often considered more reliable by consumers is definitely word-of-mouth (WOM), which is being replaced or enriched by electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM). eWOM represents sending and receiving positive or negative information by potential, former, or present consumers about a product or service and has become an important digital marketing tool. At times, eWOM could be a predominant factor for the success or failure of small business ventures, such as those in rural tourism destinations. In order to determine whether tourists consider and are being influenced by eWOM when choosing a rural tourism destination, a survey was conducted among a sample of Croatian consumers. The measuring instrument was a questionnaire developed on the basis of consulted relevant literature, and the survey was completed by respondents online. The collected data was analyzed with differential and inferential statistical methods, and the results were presented and analyzed in this paper. The paper concluded with limitations and recommendations for future research, as well as a discussion of the practical implications of the conducted research.

- Summary/Abstract:Entrepreneurship is an important component for economic growth, innovation and job creation. In today’s rapidly evolving economy, fostering an entrepreneurial mindset among young individuals has become crucial to addressing the challenges of youth unemployment. University students, as future contributors to society, represent a key demographic for cultivating entrepreneurial intentions and skills. Entrepreneurial education plays an important role in this process, equipping students with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed to navigate the uncertainties of starting and managing a business. In the global market where technology is advancing rapidly, entrepreneurial education is more important than ever to prepare students for a dynamic and complex workforce. This research study examines the role of entrepreneurial education in shaping the entrepreneurial intentions of university students in Albania. Using the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) as the theoretical framework, the study investigates how attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control as key components of the framework interact with entrepreneurial education to influence students’ intentions to start a business. This study is unique for the Albanian context, where research on the relationship between entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial intentions remains limited. This research generates empirical evidence of the usefulness of the theory of planned behavior in explaining entrepreneurial intention. The results suggest that tailored educational programs can contribute to the development of entrepreneurial intentions among university students. This study emphasizes the critical role of education in nurturing future entrepreneurs and highlights the need for universities and policymakers to prioritize entrepreneurial education as part of their academic curricula. By investing in education that fosters critical thinking about business in general, Albania can empower its youth to new employment opportunities, ensuring a sustainable future.
