Summary/Abstract: This study focuses on the history of the culture of the Romanian peasant in the second half of the last century, when Romania was under the rule of the communist regime.The space in the focus of our research is represented by the Transylvanian village Romos from Hunedoara county. In the research, we focused on the materialization in the investigated space of theCultural Revolution. The approach is mainly documented by the newspaper entitled „Drumul socialismului”, regional newspaper of the Romanian Workers (Communist) Party.
