Summary/Abstract: Corporate social responsibility in the organization is the process directed to perform the needs and expectations of internal and external stakeholders. One of its integral elements is taking decisions about human resources in an organization on various areas including introducing age management especially towards employees 50+human. The aim of this article is to present the possibilities of using CSR concepts to shape high quality professional life of organization participants on the basis of the subject literature and the results of secondary research concerning age management in Polish companies.
