Summary/Abstract: Management by shaping the conditions of the working environment means the subjective roles attributed to the human being in the work process, taking into consideration the fact that it affects the employees’ attitudes contributing to the increase in the organisation efficiency. The identification of the rate of acceptance of the organisational and technical working conditions and their adaptation to the psychological and physical possibilities of the nursing staff became the subject of this article, in the light of empirical studies. They were considered in the following problem groups: material working environment, technical equipment, work organisation.
