Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this article is to present separate aspects of the impact of pay systems on human resources in the organization. In particular, it concentrates on the basic elements of remuneration systems relating to the process of job evaluation and reward systems and remuneration systems based on the concept of competence management. The main dysfunctions of remuneration systems are presented too. This characteristics also includes secondary research results regarding the specifics or dysfunction remuneration systems in enterprises as a tool to impact human resources in the organization.
