Summary/Abstract: The beginning of 90’s in 20th Century was the time of political changes in Poland. Among them there were reforms of educational systems that left parents uncertain about the quality of the new system. That caused a huge immensity of private, informal lessons. The author tries to analyze the reforms and put them in the wider field of philosophy of education.
