Summary/Abstract: Nowadays, the prevention programs are held in schools too late and in an accidental forms. This is not only in Poland, but in Europe. Meanwhile in order to talk abut bullying or violence prevention, these programs should start at early school stage and be of long term character. The paper tries to persuade how important im is to teach social competences in early age of children and where to start in an institutional form. As an example of effective prevention programme, it is given an international Project co-funded by European Commission within Erasmus+ framework: „Stronger Children. Less Violence 2.”
