Exercises Preventing Interference in Teaching Russian Language in the First Year of Russian Philology Studies

Summary/Abstract: In the article, problems connected with the phenomenon of language interference are discussed.In the theoretical part of the article, typical interference difficulties in teachingRussian language to Polish students and some general linguistics problems connected withthis phenomenon are presented. The empirical part of the article concerns writing and speakinginterference grammar exercises. They have been prepared by us on the basis of the implementedby us concept of quantisation of linguistic information and our long time experiencein working with students. The effectiveness of the exercises has been confirmed by experimentalresearch conducted by us among 1st year Russian philology students. В статье обсуждаются типичные языковые трудности в обучении русскому языку по-ляков, а также общеязыковые проблемы, связанные с этим явлением. Эмпирическаячасть статьи относится к грамматическим интерференционным упражнениям в го-ворении и письме. Они были разработаны на основе использованной нами концеп-ции квантования лингвистической информации и наших многолетних наблюденийв работе со студентами. Эффективность упражнений была подтверждена экспери-ментальными исследованиями, проведёнными нами среди студентов I курса русскойфилологии.
