SCHOOL GROUP BASED TEACHER COOPERATION

Summary/Abstract: Group teacher committees are the teams that teachers of the same branches join in a school. In these committees, shared decisions to lead, improve and enhance education are made, the decisions are planned, implemented and the results are evaluated. The group teacher committees have an important function to increase the educational quality in schools. The current research aims to improve the quality, productivity and performance of the group teacher committees and to develop their functionality in line with cooperative teacher philosophy and implemetations. Another aim of the research project is to improve the individual and collective capacity of the teachers.
