Summary/Abstract: Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Applications In European Union Countries And Service Training Activities In Turkey. The purpose of this study is using stages of European Union countries in recent years which is very important to our Continuous Professional Development (CPD) application,to assess Continuous Professional Development (CPD) applications Turkish Education System and its applicability using in Turkey. The survey universe is constituted with the EU Member and candidate countries. The following recommendations can be said based on the findings from the research: Considering the opinions and requests from teachers, different seniority and groups should be created to the teachers with experience in the different requirements. Purposes should be determined taking into account the professional requirements of teachers, not only the legislation and topics. In the regulation and the selection of the content in-service training, goals of adult. In the instructional processes; different training strategy, approach, method, technique and models should be preferred.
