Idea of Unity State of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this work is to analyse the possibilities of establishing the Federation of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. In achieving the above mentioned aim the following tasks are determined: a) to describe the historical roots and the geopolitical situations of these Republics; b) to evaluate by its main elements the international situation of Lithuania; c) to name the priorities of Lithuanian foreign policy; d) to notice emerging critical factors in the European Union and, perhaps, inside NATO. What unites and what can separate these nations? What is the Lithuanian geopolitical situation nowadays when we are the members of European Union? The tasks will determine if it is still important to have a Federation of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania?
